Chalet food & menus

At VIP SKI, food is far more than part of your catered chalet package. It's part of the experience.
Our Catering Manager and Executive Chef carefully design every menu around the rhythm of a ski holiday, balancing comforting favourites with lighter dishes, seasonal ingredients and restaurant-quality cooking that satisfies hungry skiers after a day on the mountain.

Whether you're staying in a classic catered chalet, our premium CLUB Collection or Bear Lodge Hotel, every meal is prepared with the same attention to detail, warm hospitality and genuine passion for great food.

Designed for ski holidays

A day in the mountains deserves a memorable evening around the table. Every menu has been created specifically for ski holidays, when appetites are bigger, conversations last longer and sharing great food with family and friends becomes one of the highlights of the day.

Expect generous breakfasts before first lifts, homemade afternoon tea after skiing and relaxed evening dining with carefully selected wines. Because some of the best moments of a ski holiday happen long after you've taken your boots off.

Return from the slopes to a tempting array of home-baked treats, crafted to warm you up and satisfy your sweet cravings
Begin each evening with vibrant flavours and beautiful presentation, a warm invitation to unwind and indulge.
After conquering the mountain, our hearty mains offer the perfect reward – full of flavour and beautifully balanced
Round off each evening with a decadent dessert that’s as beautiful as it is indulgent

More than just great food

The meals you remember most are rarely just about what's on the plate. They're about celebrating birthdays with friends. Children proudly finishing the whole plate after a full day skiing. Sharing stories over cheese and coffee. A glass of wine beside the fire. The smell of fresh cake as you return from the slopes.

These are the moments that define a chalet holiday. And they're the reason food remains one of the highlights of every VIP SKI experience.
