Book a VIP SKI holiday

Subject to availability we may hold an option on your chosen accommodation. To secure your booking we require a deposit of 20% of the total booking value including any extras (such as empty beds, childcare and ski school). You will also need to include full payment for any relevant insurance premiums or additional bought in flights.

The holiday balance is due 10 weeks before you travel. Please note that we do not normally issue reminders. E-tickets and pre-departure information will be sent the week prior to departure.

Our Classic Chalet Service includes:


The following are included in our classic chalet holiday package price:

  • Return air travel between Stansted/Geneva or Gatwick/Friedrichshafen. (Regional flights available at a supplement cost).
  • Coach transfers to and from your resort
  • All airport taxes
  • Accommodation as described
  • Services of one chalet host up to 10 guests and two hosts over 10 guests
  • Towels (with mid-week change) and bed linen. 
  • Bathrobes (on request in resort)
  • Complimentary toiletries
  • Daily cooked and/or continental breakfast (6 days) and self serve breakfast on the host day off
  • Self serve, daily afternoon tea with homemade cakes
  • Three course set evening meal with wine, cheese & coffee (6 days). 
  • Switch menu choices for whole chalet bookings
  • Selection of house wines, cordials and sparkling water during dinner
  • Canapés on first and last evenings

Our CLUB Chalet Service and Hotel Service


In addition to our classic chalet service, those booking one of our CLUB Chalets will also receive;

  • Chef and enhanced waitress service
  • Canapés on 6 evenings 
  • Cleaning on 7 days
  • Serviced breakfast on 7 days
  • Enhanced menu with choice of two starters, main and dessert
  • Complimentary beer, wine & cordials

In addition to our classic chalet service, those booking our Hotels will also recieve;

  • Enhanced restaurant menu choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and 2 desserts
  • Evening meal on 7 nights
  • Waitress service
  • Room cleaning on 7 days

Our Chef and Platinum Service


The Platinum service is our most exceptional offering and is sure to make your holiday unforgettable for all the right reasons. A menu planned and delivered by our executive chef & valet parking in the UK are just a taste of what we can offer.

If food is the main attraction then our Chef service could be perfect. An executive chef will join your chalet host each evening to ensure that dinner is the highlight of each day.

VIP SKI has recently been acquired by Vita Brevis Limited (December 2020) and it is going to take us a little time to put in place the necessary consumer protections in order to ensure that your funds are properly safeguarded. Until such time we will only be taking options to reserve your chosen holiday but we will not ask you for any funds. When the relevant consumer protections are in place and we are fully compliant with the Package Travel Regulations then we will ask all option holders to pay a deposit at which point the reservation will be confirmed and all T&Cs will apply.

In due course and before we accept any money from you then all flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website will be financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. Please see our booking conditions for further information, or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL certificate.

  1. Before we accept any money from you we will also be providing financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for: non-flight packages and 
  2. flight inclusive packages that commence outside of the EEA, which are sold to customers outside of the EEA.

Cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if you are abroad. Please note that bookings made outside the EU will only be protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with VIP SKI.
