Andy Sturt - Managing Director
Having started off in Morzine many moons ago, Andy is leader, creator and the constant driving force behind VIP SKI. He has a creative side - many of our chalets including Summit View in La Plagne, Le Village in Alpe d'Huez and the sucessful Altitude Lodge in Les Gets start off inside his head, and he leads the team to turn them into reality.
Tony Waite – Finance Director
Tony is approaching a milestone anniversary this year… 20 years with VIP SKI. Much of where we are is due to his 24/7 dedication and fastidious control of the cash till. To switch off from work, he loves cycling, motorbikes and introducing his children to skiing.
Gareth Crump - Sales and Marketing Director
Our Sales and Marketing Director, Gareth, came to VIP SKI via many other ski Tour Operators including Crystal, Simply Ski, Bladon Lines and Inghams in a number of roles both overseas and in the UK way too long to feature. Gareth resides in the sales office at our SW London base and requires regular cups of tea to keep him going!
Pip Brockman - Operations Director
Dividing her time between Val d'Isere, Chamonix and Surrey, Pip's responsibilities are unending. Running all aspects of the overseas operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly Pip is unendingly calm and ensures our season runs like clockwork.
The Sales Team...
Jess Allen - UK Operations Controller
Jess started her VIP SKI career as a VIP SKI host in Val d'Isere back in 2010, having settled in London she now wears her 'controller' hat with pride. She is on hand to ensure everything to do with our holiday bookings are processed with absolute precision and keeps our Sales Director on his toes!
Megan Lind - Senior Sales Consultant
Our resident Kiwi, Megan grew up in a ski resort - something we are all very jealous of. Having come to the UK via several winters in Tignes, Megan is responsible for keeping the office happy when her parents send over "Kiwi Care Packages" packed full of goodies!

Sophie Malkin - Senior Sales Consultant
Sophie is another "child of ski" having spent most of her childhood living in Megeve so it's not suprising she ended up selling ski holidays. She has completed her BASI 1 course and hopes to fulfill her childhood dream of being an instructor in the future.

Louise Comber - Ski Sales Specialist
Louise is the longest standing member of the VIP SKI Sales Team, having done her first stint in the office in 2002/03 her knowledge is second to none. She joins us every Monday, Thursday & Friday (following the birth of her little girl Molly - a sister to keep Bertie on his toes).

Becky Stock - Ski Sales Specialist
Becky joined the Sales Team at the start of 2013/14 season with a wealth of knowledge about everything ski related having returned from working 3 seasons with us, lastly as our Executive Chef in Meribel. She is at the end of the phone to answer any questions you may have, and here to help get your VIP SKI holiday booked.

Nici Hardy - Marketing Manager
Nici is our Marketing Manager and is responsible for everything on and offline. With 3 ski seasons under her belt (a fair few years ago) and skiing since the age of 7, she has worked in the travel industry in various Marketing guises ever since.
Kate Bullock - Marketing Assistant
Kate was introduced to the mountains at just 3 years old and her passion for all things ski related is infectious. A keen skier and tele-marker she is out on the mountain for as long as possible. After 12 months in the sales team, Kate is now involved in all things marketing.
Lynsey Devon - PR Manager
Lynsey has looked after the PR and the media side of things for the past 3 years. So if you have read about VIP SKI anywhere but on their site she's had a hand in this. She possess a wealth of relationships and contacts with online media, bloggers, regional and national media as well as having key friends in the travel, wine, lifestyle, retail and hospitality industries which helps in promoting VIP SKI.
The Number Crunchers...
Helene Caron – Accounts Assistant
Helene has managed the numbers and made sure they all add up since 2009. Her fastidious nature keeps all our accounts in pristine order and she never fails to amaze us with her spreadsheet skills.
Neil Callaghan – Accounts Assistant
There’s no surprise that Neil received a 1st class degree in Maths as he is now number crunching in our UK office. He has a new found love for skiing and whilst still tackling the green & blue pistes he joins our annual ski trip with great enthusiasm.
Annie Guehi - Overseas Accounts Manager
Annie is Parisian born and joined the company in 2006 as Val d’Isère Administrator. She now liaises with the UK accounts team, Resort Managers and French banks/suppliers to ensure the numbers all add up. She loves the mountains and can always be found with her four legged best friend, Georgie.
Of course, every winter we employ over 200 seasonal staff who will make your stay at one of our luxury ski chalets memorable.
The Operations Team...
Elle Corfield - Area Operations Manager
Elle has a busy summer in the London office sifting through thousand’s of applications to find the right team for the coming winter, She then heads to the Alps and is on hand to ensure that Val d'Isere, La Plagne and Meribel are run with military precision ensuring our guests have the best ski holiday.
Emily Cunningham - Area Operations Manager
Based in the Alps, Emily is on hand to ensure that Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz, Alpe d’Huez, Zermatt and Verbier are run with absolute precision so our guests can enjoy a very relaxing holiday.
Pip Wellings - Childcare Manager
Pip started her first season as a chalet host but soon realised that childcare was the route she wanted to take. Pip is now wholely responsible for all elements of our Childcare Programme and for recruiting our fabulous team of nannies. She is true outdoors girl and after skiing her second passion in life is horse riding.
David Kentfield - IT Manager
David joined us back in 2003 and enjoys the variety of projects that his role involves. In the winter he travels all over the Alps, both physically and virtually, to ensure all WiFi, networks, and IT are working correctly. In summer he can either be found updating existing equipment, setting up new chalets, or flying his paraglider.
Arnaud Brière - Estates Manager
Arnaud has been with us since 2008 and comes from a background in commercial estate management in various capacities around France. He looks after all of the properties in our French & Swiss portfolio and is responsible for regular espresso and pastis updates with our many landlords and property partners. Originally from Normandy, France he has a love for cider, motorbikes and America. No surprise that his preferred method of transport is his Harley.
Clare Commins - Logistics Manager
This will be Clare’s 6th winter with VIP SKI, she first came to France to work a season in 1997 and never returned home. Clare has the huge challenge of ensuring our flights and transfers run as smoothly as possible so you can get to resort and relax for your ski holiday to begin. She can be found at Geneva airport every weekend through the winter season, if you spot her do say hello.
Claire Conaghan - Stores Manager
Claire is responsible for ordering and supplying our resorts and chalets with almost everything they need from wine to kitchenware and toiletries to lightbulbs. She joined VIP SKI in 2008 as a chalet host in Meribel and now ensures all our chalets are stocked with everything you could possible want on your luxury ski holiday.
Stewart Hodgeson - Maintenance Manager
Stewart has worked for 30 years in the ski industry with many different Tour Operators. He used to work with us, then he left, but he missed us so much and returned in 2013. Throughout the winter he manages a team of staff to ensure the best upkeep of our properties. This summer he will be kept extremely busy with our chalet renovation projects.
Russ Davis - Assistant Maintenance Manager
In the winter Russ, our snowboard enthusiast, looks after the hot tubs and saunas as well as supporting the maintenance team. In the summer he oversees our maintenance program which involves renovations and keeping our chalets beautiful. He has recently taken up downhill mountain biking which keeps him distracted from thinking about when he can get back on the slopes.
