We love what we do, perhaps that’s why so few of us ever leave. Our Directors alone have scored well over a hundred seasons between them. That’s a lot of experience, or put another way, a lot of mistakes that we are determined not to make again.
Behind every VIP SKI experience is a community of people who understand what we do and will look after you as they would wish to be looked after themselves, this is no idle cliché, we really mean it. We are proud to put our pictures on this page because we really believe in what we do: crafting unforgettable mountain memories that you will remember from one year to the next.

The people helping shape VIP SKI behind the scenes, with decades of combined experience in the Alps and luxury ski travel.
We started off in Andy’s parents’ living room in 1989. Andy is leader, motivator and driving force behind VIP SKI. He has a creative side, much of our programme including Aspen House in Val d’Isère, Bear Lodge in Les Arcs and the Avoriaz chalets started off inside his head. He then leads the team to bring the buildings to life by sprinkling our ubiquitous service onto the bricks and mortar.
Dividing her time between Val d'Isere, Chamonix and Surrey, Pip's responsibilities are unending. Running all aspects of the overseas operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly Pip is unendingly calm and ensures our season runs like clockwork.
Tony reached a milestone anniversary last year… 30 years with VIP SKI. Much of where we are is due to his 24/7 dedication and fastidious control of the cash till. To switch off from work, he loves cycling, motorbikes and skiing with his family.
Our Sales Director, Gareth, came to VIP SKI via many other ski Tour Operators including Crystal, Simply Ski, Bladon Lines and Inghams in a number of roles both overseas and in the UK way too long to feature. Gareth resides in the sales office at our SW London base and requires regular cups of tea to keep him going!
