There are lots of people behind the scenes to make your luxury ski holiday as perfect as possible. With hundreds of ski seasons under our belts and years of combined experience in the ski industry, our staff are who set us apart from our competitors and why you trust us with your catered ski holiday. We pride ourselves in having the best team for the job. 

The Directors...

Andy Sturt - Managing Director

Having started off in Morzine many moons ago, Andy is leader, creator and the constant driving force behind VIP SKI. He has a creative side - many of our chalets including Summit View in La Plagne, Le Village in Alpe d'Huez and the sucessful Altitude Lodge in Les Gets start off inside his head, and he leads the team to turn them into reality.

Tony Waite – Finance Director

Tony reached a milestone anniversary this year… 20 years with VIP SKI. Much of where we are is due to his 24/7 dedication and fastidious control of the cash till. To switch off from work, he loves cycling, motorbikes and introducing his children to skiing.

Gareth Crump - Sales and Marketing Director

Our Sales and Marketing Director, Gareth, came to VIP SKI via many other ski Tour Operators including Crystal, Simply Ski, Bladon Lines and Inghams in a number of roles both overseas and in the UK way too long to feature. Gareth resides in the sales office at our SW London base and requires regular cups of tea to keep him going!

Pip Brockman - Operations Director

Dividing her time between Val d'Isere, Chamonix and Surrey, Pip's responsibilities are unending. Running all aspects of the overseas operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly Pip is unendingly calm and ensures our season runs like clockwork.

The Sales Team...

Jess Allen - UK Operations Controller

Jess started her VIP SKI career as a VIP SKI host in Val d'Isere back in 2010, having settled in London she now wears her 'controller' hat with pride. She is on hand to ensure everything to do with our holiday bookings are processed with absolute precision and keeps our Sales Director on his toes! 

Louise Comber - Ski Sales Specialist

Louise is the longest standing member of the VIP SKI Sales Team, having done her first stint in the office in 2002/03 her knowledge is second to none. She joins us every Monday, Thursday & Friday (following the birth of her little girl Molly - a sister to keep Bertie on his toes).

Jonnie Sorenti - Ski Sales Specialist

Jonnie followed in his big brothers' footsteps and joined the sales team. He's our go to guy for all things Val d'Isere after spending the last few months of the season there working for us. 

Lottie Owen-Jones - Ski Sales Specialist

Lottie joined the UK team in 2017 after spending a season working for us at Altitude Lodge in Les Gets. She can give you the low-down on the best tree runs, where to find some classic French cuisine on the mountain and the best bars for apres ski. 

Andy Sorenti - Ski Sales Specialist

Andy was the first Sorenti in the team and has rejoined us in the office after spending the summer working in our summer programme in Morzine. Having seen the alps both in full bloom and covered in snow he's a fountain of knowledge on all things Portes du Soleil. 

Katie Durack - Ski Sales Specialist

Katie joined the sales team this winter after working as a chalet host in Indiana Lodge during the 2016/17 season. She's the resident Meribel expert in the office and loves nothing more than chatting about the Trois Vallees ski area. Having found time to go paragliding during her season we're confident that she's seen the resort from every conceivable angle.

Libby Hunting - Ski Sales Specialist

Libby holds a BASI level 2 qualification but has swapped ski instructing for the thrills and spills of the sales team. She completed her training in Val d'Isere and knows all the best spots for making first tracks on powder days, beating the queues at the end of the day and enjoying an apres-ski vin chaud.

The Marketeers...

Nici Hardy - Marketing Manager

VIP SKI staff

Nici is our Marketing Manager and is responsible for everything on and offline. With 3 ski seasons under her belt (a fair few years ago) and skiing since the age of 7, she has worked in the travel industry in various Marketing guises ever since. 

Catriona McKimmie - Marketing Assistant

Having previously worked for us as a chalet host in Val d'Isere, Catriona joined the UK team as Marketing Assistant. Her mission - to promote the fantastic experience that comes with going on a VIP SKI holiday. 

Lynsey Devon - PR Manager


Lynsey has looked after the PR and the media side of things for the past 5 years. So if you have read about VIP SKI anywhere but on their site she's had a hand in this. She possess a wealth of relationships and contacts with online media, bloggers, regional and national media as well as having key friends in the travel, wine, lifestyle, retail and hospitality industries which helps in promoting VIP SKI.

The Operations Team...

Lottie James - Head of HR

Lottie worked in Morzine as a Chalet Host, and then in Meribel as the Assistant Resort Manager, before she took on the role of Head of HR. She spends her time in the UK, but visits the Alps regularly. Lottie sees the welfare of all the staff as paramount and ensures everyone is treated as an individual within VIP SKI.

Nat Havard - Area Operations Manager

With over 14 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry we’re thrilled that Nat will be overseeing Operations in Austria this winter. Having worked for VIP SKI in various roles for the last 4 seasons we know there is no better person to take care of both our guests and staff in St Anton and Lech.

Mike Duffin - Area Operations Manager

Mike takes responsibility for Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets and Alpe d'Huez. With 17 years of operational management in the alps he has a wealth of knowledge to ensure the highest level of guest service is delivered with fastidious detail. In the summer Mike enjoys international travel, any water based sports and spending time with his family. 

Paul Geddes - Area Operations Manager

Paul oversees the smooth running of Val d’Isere, Courchevel, La Plagne and Meribel. He has over 22 years experience in the ski industry (first season in 1995) having worked for various tour operators in France and Switzerland. A proper Scott, he started his ski career as a Ski Patroller in Glen Shee and learnt to ski on a dry slope in Edinburgh. Paul now lives in St Foy with his family and labrador Monty. 

The Number Crunchers...

Helene Caron – Accounts Assistant


Helene has managed the numbers and made sure they all add up since 2009. Her fastidious nature keeps all our accounts in pristine order and she never fails to amaze us with her spreadsheet skills.

Neil Callaghan – Accounts Assistant

There’s no surprise that Neil received a 1st class degree in Maths as he is now number crunching in our UK office. He has a new found love for skiing and whilst still tackling the green & blue pistes he joins our annual ski trip with great enthusiasm.

Jill Grams - Overseas Financal Controller

Jill liaises between our UK office, our overseas team & our French suppliers helping our Financial Director, Tony, to ensure that the numbers add up. Passionate about the mountains, when not at work Jill can most likely be found either pounding the trails in and around her home in the Tarentaise Valley or, enjoying the mountains in some way shape or form with her equally “mountain mad” son Mac and partner Paul.

Andrew Richardson - Childcare Manager

Andrew has spent three years in our operations team but decided that childcare was the route he wanted to take. Andrew is now wholely responsible for all elements of our Childcare Programme and for recruiting our fabulous team of nannies.

Fergus Grant - Estates Manager

VIP SKI staff

Fergus has worked in the ski industry for 22 years and has lived in the Three Valleys full time since 1997. He looks after all of the properties in our French portfolio and is responsible for regular espresso and Ricard updates with our many landlords and property partners. He loves to ski with his two children and in the summer is a road cycling fanatic very often to be seen wearing lycra and pedaling up mountain cols.

Clare Commins - Logistics Manager

This will be Clare’s 7th winter with VIP SKI, she first came to France to work a season in 1997 and never returned home. Clare has the huge challenge of ensuring our flights and transfers run as smoothly as possible so you can get to resort and relax for your ski holiday to begin. She can be found at Geneva airport every weekend through the winter season, if you spot her do say hello.

Alys Thedvall - Stores Manager

Alys is responsible for ordering and supplying our resorts and chalets with almost everything they need from wine to kitchenware and toiletries to lightbulbs. She joined VIP SKI in 2013 as a chalet host and now ensures all our chalets are stocked with everything you could possible want on your luxury ski holiday.

Jack Raynor - Area Maintenance Manager

When he's not out and about on his snowboard, Jack keeps busy with our Maintenance team, ensuring the very best upkeep of our properties. This summer we've kept him extremely busy with our chalet renovation projects.
