    The entire holiday - from booking to arriving/departure - was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and our chalet hosts (Gil and Otelie) looked after us brilliantly. The chalet was spacious and comfortable, and the food absolutely first-rate.

    Amazing chalet experience in the best location! The chalet itself is extremely well set out with everything you could ever need. The pool and steam room are a great addition, and there are beautiful views from each room. Amelia, Ella and Luca were very helpful and made incredible dishes all week, especially the cakes.

    The VIP ski team did an amazing job from Geneva lifts to dinner and cakes. The afternoon tea was a favourite of everyone after a long day skiing coming back to a different sweet treat ever was amazing. The chalet host's were accommodating to the allergies within the group and made great dinners every night with the pork being a highlight! The pool and sauna was lovely with an amazing view out of the window.

    Liv, Cat and Hannah made our 3 generation ski trip a wonderful success. The facilities in the hotel were excellent, the food was exceptional. (Catering seamlessly for babies, 4 year olds, parents and grandparents) Nothing was too much trouble for them. The entire VIP team including the Nannie’s ( Lily and Lauren) were very helpful. Will definitely return to use VIP . Thank you all

    VIP ski We loved our holiday, and would definitely return. VIP chalets looked after us so well. Especially our chalet Team Eloise, Ellie and Emily. Alby was brilliant on the phone beforehand with any questions. Will on the concierge desk was so friendly and helpful and a big favourite with our Toddler!!! Ben the driver was so lovely too. Our toddler (almost 3) was in Bear club, and he had a gorgeous time with Lily, Maryanne and Lauren. They did a lot with him during the week, including taking him ice-skating, to the museum and taking him outside every day, we were so impressed…. The food in the chalet was incredible, a beautiful breakfast every morning, the lovely cake and afternoon tea set up and then the three-course dinners every night. We enjoyed the wine selection too. For me all the big boxes were ticked - ski to the door, ski gear & loft passes in the chalet, transfers sorted. Key elements to making the trip a proper holiday.

    Paradiski is a huge and varied ski area, ideal for all abilities of skiers and snowboard riders. This Club 21forty chalet is absolutely stunning in every respect. Situated in a unique, ski in / ski out on-piste location in the highest resort of Arc 2000, we loved the luxurious but homely accommodation and the first class facilities of an indoor pool, spa and especially the outdoor jacuzzi to ease away and aches and pains from the days skiing with a view of the majestic Mont Blanc. We were cared for by the faultless chalet staff of Lexxi and her team, who were excellent and always there to help with any assistance and we would like to extend a very special thank you too. Overall: 10 / 10.

    Our first holiday with VIP, made all the better by our hosts Gill, Ottilie and Matt. They looked after us so well with really well prepared and delicious meals and were helpful in many ways. Especially when I had an accident and needed assistance. All of the VIP team were really good - particular mentions for the drivers Oscar, Ben and Charlie and the Bellvarde Manager Jake - who were all very helpful and friendly during the week. The concierges Lolly and Luke were also very good. Bellvarde 2 is a good chalet and a great location. Lovely hot tub with a view and a short walk from the boot room onto the piste behind the chalet.

    Our first visit to Bear Lodge.... and we certainly hope to return next year. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The chalet / hotel was beautifully appointed with the rooms in excellent condition. Smart bathrooms and spacious balconies. The ski room was the best i have seen in 45 years skiing. Plenty of room to put boots on, lockers with boot heaters. A free coffee machine, screen of piste map with live info on lifts, fruit bowl, and even a loo for those who have boots on and need a quick visit ! Outstanding food with imaginative menus. Special mention for Tilly who helped so much with one of our party who injured her wrist.... her French skills were invaluable. Also a shout for Fiona who overheard one of our group mentioning that she liked Marmite.... and a pot appeared magically on our table. We all had a great week .... thank you so much

    All in all a happy family holiday. We had the loveliest chalet hosts - Toby and Jack who looked after our every need, and definitely went out of their way to make our stay a near-on perfect one. Their cooking was completely delicious and always quickly adapted to family member’s quirks with no questions asked! They were both a joy and we feel very lucky to have had them as our hosts. The beds were comfy, there was a great log fire for chilly evenings and the chalet was very close to the slopes which was great. We’ve stayed here before and we weren’t disappointed with our choice of chalet for our ski holiday. Unfortunately half way through the week a female member of our family had their drink spiked in Coco’s apres-ski bar. Without going into detail it was a very frightening and traumatic experience, not only for her, but also for the rest of our team. We had been given no direction of what to do should there be an emergency during our stay. We tried to call an ambulance but there were none in Val d’Isère, it was the evening off for our hosts, and not only that, the medical centre was only open from 8am until 8pm with nothing available after that for holiday makers. We were panicking. My husband and I have never witnessed anything like this before and we honestly started to think it was going to end horribly. Fortunately a tiny stroke of luck meant that the youngsters in the group had exchanged phone numbers with our chalet hosts earlier in the day, and we were able to call them in. They were amazing and organised a doctor to meet us out-of-hours at the medical centre where we got much of the help we needed. They both stayed with us for the whole evening and that meant a great deal to us, considering it was their free time. We believe that two of the management called into the chalet for 10 minutes when we were gone. We never heard from them again, and they certainly didn’t contact us the days after to see how we got on or to see how our recovering invalid was. That would have been nice. My feedback will always be constructive, so what I would say is please make your future holiday-makers aware of adequate medical suggestions/numbers - both in and out of hours. It would be nice to meet some of the management too and know that there’s someone to lean on when things go wrong. Which obviously sometimes happens.
