Just back from a great week at Colibri Uno in Morzine. Beautiful, modern and clean chalet in amazing location with added luxury of a hot tub on the balcony! Sophie and Eva were fantastic hosts who worked really hard to produce delicious meals for us adults as well as baby-friendly options for the infants. Guillaume, the resort manager, was always on hand with any of our queries/requests and nothing was too much to ask. All-in-all it was a fantastic week and would definitely look to rebook with VIP Ski.

From the minute we met with VIP SKI at Geneva airport our holiday started. We were so well looked after by Freya and arriving at Bear Lodge, everything was so organised. Getting our ski equipment was effortless, bags arrived at our room quickly and nothing felt rushed. All facilities were amazing, food was excellent and all staff were super friendly and helpful. The best ski holiday I have ever experienced and would highly recommend.

Really great hosts Excellent chef, particularly Conor Well organised transfers Only negative is the booking; booked late 2days before the start, wanted me to have the one inferior room in the chalet because of late booking discount ( paid single room supplement), so could offer best room to someone else booking even later. Rather than be grateful that someone had given VIP some latenbusiness, I was made to feel like a second class guest. Don’t offer a discount and then offend your new guests. I had already told your booking team that I go skiing 2 or 3 times a year and this was the first time with VIP. A real own goal.. kind regards Nic Photo below : took my hosts out for dinner at 1789 restaurant on their day off for being so excellent.

My Wife and I have been with VIP SKI in Lech, before, which was fantastic week. This week was perfect from the moment we were picked up from the airport, to the moment we left. Bear lodge is a fantastic hotel, great facilities, spa as well as great food & win! ski in ski out! Murray, Bear lodge manager, had his staff focused on making the week run perfect in every detail, and it did run perfect. Murray ran quiz nights & Après-ski with customers. always been around if customers needed him. Mr Graham Bell, is a class act, true gentlemen, Skiing with experienced skiers as well not so! giving help were requested. My days skiing with Mr Graham Bell, was my best ever Skiing day. Thank you Graham. And a big thank you to Gareth @ VIP Ski, and all his staff at Bear lodge for making every customer feel special. Everyone who were fortunate to be there that week, will have memories to savour. Please, please repeat this week next year. We will be the first to book. Mr & Mrs Robert Jackson

I would give a 5 star rating if it weren't for the fact that Arcs remains an extremely busy resort even though it was "quiet" by their standards. La Plagne was slightly quieter although a total eyesore. A pity as the skiing is great with easy access to some proper black runs. I cannot fault VIP management, staff, accommodation or chefs in any way. Thanks to Murray and Gareth the organisation of the week with Graham Bell was seamless and as far as I could tell everyone was given plenty of time with him both on and off the piste. My only suggestion would be that on the bus transfer water etc is made more readily available or perhaps handed out by VIP rep. That would require small bottles of water each rather than trying to pour out glasses of water on a moving bus.

Great holiday - excellent accommodation, staff and organization. Only issue we found challenging was that there wasn’t any choice of flights - prefer flights from Heathrow instead and would pay more for them.

Excellent chalet location, especially with children as no hassle carrying their skis etc. From their second day of learning to ski they were able to ski back to the chalet. Room 2 with the hot tub was great and there was more storage space than I was expecting. I also wasn’t expecting the room to be cleaned daily, which was a nice surprise. We were in the unusual situation of being the only guests. This was amazing for having space to spread out and being able to eat at the same time as the children (they also had the family room to themselves). However I think it also meant that some things got a little forgotten about, afternoon tea wasn’t always out at 4pm and there was no bread at breakfast one morning. We booked our skis etc through VIP and that was brilliant as the hire shop is really close and we could just leave the stuff in the chalet at the end. We booked ski lessons for our girls through TSI and they adored their instructor.

Lovely rooms, good food and chalet. Chalet hosts were very friendly. Will come back again.
