I spent a week at No 1 Bellvarde this April for my annual solo ski trip and it was the best decision! Apart from leaving Val D’Isère with 9 new friends, the snow was amazing for so late in the season, the chalet was the absolute perfect hub to call home for the week and the location was spot on! Perfect Location - ski out from behind the chalet down an easy slope and to the hub of various lifts based at the bottom. VIP Drivers - Always at hand to drop you into town and collect you from the main ski lifts area… just call or message the fabulous on hand concierge service and all my needs were met! Amazing service and the recommendations for good places to eat, drink and enjoy live music were so on point! Town centre - Lively and full of shops, ski hire, bars, restaurants, live music, a supermarket and souvenir shops. 2 days ski guiding included - Very experienced and knowledgable guides (I skied with Roberto) with a little tuition thrown in too! Ski & boot hire - so easily arranged, efficiently sorted on site and possibly the most comfortable boots and best skis I have ever used! All are stored in the boot room on the side of the chalet for really easy access. Chalet itself - A beautifully arranged, contemporary design with thoughtful and funky decor, a lovely flow, tasteful artwork and a warm and cosy vibe! The hot tub was the perfect addition for relaxing the muscles after a long day on the slopes! And let’s not forget the ambience with the fire and the relaxed music play list! Bedrooms - comfortable, fresh and stylish, (I slept like a baby) with ample space for everything and a place for everything too - as well as a fresh Mountain View! Food - An absolute treat! A full or continental breakfast, afternoon tea of freshly baked cakes with tea or coffee set out beautifully and a real welcome home after a day on the snow! We enjoyed a top class and balanced 3 course meal, gorgeously prepped for the 6 days along with champagne and canapés on days 1 and 6… it was literally heavenly! Chalet hosts - Evie and Selina… What a duo! The thoughtfulness displayed on a daily basis and the standard of food and drink was simply incredible! The girls worked their socks off to ensure we always had everything we needed and then some! Chalet was kept spotless and drinks always topped up! They truly are an asset to Vip Ski! We had a 2nd Family holiday at No 8 and just love it. Accommodation and facilities are perfect for a large extended family with a big age range. Your Team looked after us fantastically, flexing their approach to fit our needs. They worked hard and made every effort possible to make us comfortable. Plus, genuine, welcoming and fun.

Chalet was great - very clean and comfortable. Harriet (our chalet girl) was fabulous, very professional and nothing was too much trouble. The concierge is really helpful whenever they can and Annabelle (Manager) was very attentive and friendly. Can’t wait until next year!

The perfect spring skiing holiday. Lots of sunshine, a couple of days of powder. Chalet was very comfortable and in a super central location, Vanessa was a perfect host, super friendly and flexible, and a great cook too. We’re coming back…

I have been so impressed by our holiday with VIP. Ollie, our chalet host, has been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble and it almost feels as if he has become a member of our family. His quiz was so much fun and his cooking has been delicious and exemplary- I have learnt a number of new recipes from him! We would personally like to thank him for making our holiday so special and such fun. Anabel, the chalet manager, has also been brilliant. She has managed all aspects of our holiday for us: was extremely proactive, calling us beforehand and helping with all elements including sorting out ski school issues. We have loved the collecting and dropping off skis, boots etc… such a lovely touch which makes all the difference. Thank you for making our holiday so special - we will definitely book again with VIP

Our time (a group of 24 adults and children) had an exceptional holiday with the wonderful staff (Leah, Amelia, Lia and the Chef team). The standard of cuisine, the chalet design and comfort and most importantly the talent that took care of us were all top-drawer.

Everything was excellent. A few maintenance items in the chalet were addressed by VIP very promptly. Friendly and efficient hosts Toby and Curtis (and Sasha) and really excellent food. Chalet is in an ideal location too with approx a 5-10 min walk to the lifts. The only minor point is that the stone kitchen diner work-surface is very hard and therefore noisy, especially when washing up during a meal. A very happy holiday - thank you!

An absolutely wonderful experience. Appropriately attentive whilst relaxed and ‘non-invasive’ team to our party which suited my wishes and surpassed previous chalet experiences. Exceptional food. Good knowledge. All attempts always made to accommodate any wish.

The host have all been great food has been fab and they have gone above and beyond what they have done for us.
