A great, super convenient week with kids and friends, the ski in / ski out was amazing. Worked really well with kids of all ages. Rooms a bit tight and need more storage space, and food was fine but not great. That said would come again.

What a great time we had a Bear Lodge. The location and ability to ski out/in was perfect. The lodge always felt very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was great and they were always willing to accommodate any special requests for my boys. Hoping to return next year!

The Manoir is an impressive and tastefully restored building with large bedrooms, comfortable reception rooms and a large sun deck with wooden hot tub. Poppy, Fynn & Lenny made us feel at home from our arrival and looked after us all, including 5 energetic children, with professionalism, great food and good humour. Thanks for a lovely week!

We have had the most amazing week. The chalet was perfect for two families and in a great location. We were really well looked after by Violet, Ella and Max. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. They were great with our children and very accommodating with our requests.

This is a fabulous chalet with the most amazing and friendly staff. Pool lovely, spa nice after a day on the mountain. Food amazing !! Would return 100% :))

Things that were great: location, apartment, food, spa, service, transport, ski and boot storage. Things that weren’t great: can’t think of anything. Really. But maybe for next time VIP could arrange for the snow to arrive only overnight and for there to be clear blue skies each day.

This is our fourth stay with VIP. We like VIP because of the excellent hosts and lovely chalets. Aspen 4 is a 2 min walk from the slope which was ideal. Bridget is the best host we've had (which is high praise because we have loved previous hosts too). Her cooking was delicious and she's great fun. She even came back early to make 'congratulations' cupcakes when someone in our party got good news. She went above and beyond and we're very appreciative of her care.

We have just had the most amazing week - despite less than champagne snow conditions!! And that was because we had a fabulous chalet to relax in - we LOVED the sauna and wellness area … perfect for post snow day ski to warm up and relax aching bodies. Great fun for our teenage boys in the pool. That chalet was very clean & always tidy…. Which was hugely appreciated. A big shout out to Jack (& other drivers!) who would pick us up with patience after fun afternoons in the FOLIE! Massive shout outs to our wonderful chalet crew - amazing Paul & Spike in the kitchen who served up delicious meals night after night & very naughty but nice afternoon tea! A special thank you for making Will’s gluten free meals so good! (He would have loved seconds!!!) And to Hannah, Ellie, Ella, Will & Ollie - a HUGE thank you for making our stay so relaxing and easy & for catering to our every whim…. Thank you! We will be back! X

What a great holiday. Harriet was awesome and nothing was too much trouble for her. She coped with the noisy grandchildren with consummate professionalism! And boy were they a handful at times. Also a big thanks to Annabel who came at a moments notice to sort minor problems. 5* experience! Back next year we hope.

We have had a wonderful holiday. Charlotte, Hannah and Rosie are fabulous hosts and made the holiday for us. They worked so well together and were so attentive to all of us, whether accommodating children’s requests or needs or keeping our glasses topped up! The chalet was kept immaculate and the food was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always smiling. We had a split booking and it worked very well with lovely guests and good chat. Thank you for a fabulous week.
