Fantastic week thank you! Food has been amazing, as has our wonderful chalet host Evie who was absolutely charming and an excellent cook. The chalet was beautiful and homely and centrally located. A big thank you to all the super polite and kind drivers who provided an amazing service getting us to and from the slopes (despite only a short walk away it really made all the difference)! Annabelle has been brilliant with pre-trip communication and helping organise restaurants, ski passes and ski hire whilst here. All in all a fantastic week and we will definitely be coming back.

Its our families 2nd time to Colibri penthouse so we knew the layout and format before arriving. Transfers were better this time and there were plenty of staff to help with luggage and settling us in. Chalet staff were good, Ollie,Hazel and Adam. Ollie made a fantastic Victoria sponge for my wife's birthday and great cakes throughout the week. Meals were good albeit the chalet staff had no idea of my request for the daily menu which was emailed well in advance. Looks like a lack on communication to the chalet staff but Ollie and Hazel were not fazed as this came up in conversation after our second evening and they accommodated our choice. Champagne was there as requested for the second evening. Overall I got the impression staff ie G and chalet staff were a bit sketchy on our requirements either a lack of communication form office to site or staff not reading the notes. Came across a bit amateurish! We love the location and I don't think it can be beaten in Morzine hence our second time. A few negatives from the group that could improve things. No beers in the fridge first night Bath towels to small for most. General cleaning could improve ie we had canapés a few nights in the front room area and naturally a few crumbs etc were on the carpet and this wasn't hoovered up during the week. ( my wife is a made cleaner) she's also mentioned table and kitchen surfaces could have been cleaned better. Fridge could also do with sorting out and a good clean. Overall we had a good week and a special mention to Ollie, well done. Maybe next time we will look in Avoriax at one of your properties which was mentioned to me by one of your staff who's name escapes me. Overall I was satisfied but a few things could be better.

Everything that was under VIP control was fine , as expected as this was 6th time on the trot . All staff very good and proactively helpful . Lighting and heating in loft not the best tho and bedrooms facing main road as expected suffer from traffic noise . Heated pool etc great . Pity VIP vehicles can’t get past La Daille . A great week tho enjoyed by all 8 of us

The holiday was absolutely excellent. Apart from lift closures on the last day (high wind) everything was really good. The Chalet team (Preston and Ellie) were excellent - nothing was too much to ask and they did a great job of looking after us with the right balance of finesse and friendliness. Food and wine were plentiful and excellent. Bear Lodge overall was super - extremely convenient for the slopes (particularly with ski hire and lessons on site - important with kids). Other amenities such as the cinema room and pool were also great. Minor quibbles - the Sauna could have been on a little more, the pool could have been a degree or two warmer and the gym could have a bit more kit, but these are really small points. One thing which sprang to mind on the day that 1950 was pretty closed was that there was no VIP ski transport available to get to other resorts, which we have certainly had with VIP in other resorts. I note of course that Bear is ski-in ski-out but useful as a backup. Overall - very well done and thanks again to Preston, Ellie and the rest of the resort team.

First time skiing with VIP and the experience was superb! We definitely will return! Thank you to all the team but particularly to Lauren, Maley, Lucy, Kayleigh, Alex and Henry. Chalet Beluga was fantastic and the location unbeatable! It was perfect for our group of 4 families and the swimming pool and steam room was an amazing additional feature. The kids also loved the lift within the chalet!! This was our first family ski trip and it was one of the best ski trips I have been on. The chalet staff and nannies went above and beyond especially when my kiddies became a little poorly! They also catered for one of my children with allergies and nothing was too much trouble and they made us all feel so welcome and looked after us so well. The food was delicious: cooked breakfasts, scrumptious afternoon teas and 3 course dinners - who could ask for more! Our families favourite afternoon tea was the courgette cake!! The nannies that were organised by VIP ski were absolutely amazing and made our week possible, they did so many activities with the children and also arranged yummy lunches, Easter hunts, Pizza parties and much much more! They even took the kids bowling in Avoriaz which the kids loved! They also were so caring and kept us up to date on the pistes with photos and videos of the kiddies. One of our nannies even agreed to join our ski lessons we had arranged for the children to provide support whilst learning to ski and the children valued this so much! Thanks again, we will definitely return.

A great, super convenient week with kids and friends, the ski in / ski out was amazing. Worked really well with kids of all ages. Rooms a bit tight and need more storage space, and food was fine but not great. That said would come again.

What a great time we had a Bear Lodge. The location and ability to ski out/in was perfect. The lodge always felt very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was great and they were always willing to accommodate any special requests for my boys. Hoping to return next year!

The Manoir is an impressive and tastefully restored building with large bedrooms, comfortable reception rooms and a large sun deck with wooden hot tub. Poppy, Fynn & Lenny made us feel at home from our arrival and looked after us all, including 5 energetic children, with professionalism, great food and good humour. Thanks for a lovely week!

We have had the most amazing week. The chalet was perfect for two families and in a great location. We were really well looked after by Violet, Ella and Max. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. They were great with our children and very accommodating with our requests.

This is a fabulous chalet with the most amazing and friendly staff. Pool lovely, spa nice after a day on the mountain. Food amazing !! Would return 100% :))
