I don't know where to begin with my praise for EVERYTHING that VIP Chalets did to make our ski holiday perfect. Firstly with pre holiday help from Maxine, Account Manager in the UK, answering the myriads of questions I sent her. Then Adam Smith in resort phoning me a few days before we set off on our holiday to make sure everything we had requested was in place. It was! Adam met us, as arranged at the pickup point in Avoriaz to take us and our luggage to the chalet, carried all the luggage - and there was a lot of it - onto the snowcat and into the chalet, - and everything was just perfect from that moment onwards. The chalet was excellent, first class, with amazing views and beautifully kept. Scarlett made most of our meals but Anna and Ailsa helped a lot too. They were all such lovely, kind, helpful and friendly young ladies and very tolerant of our noisy 9 and 6 year old boys and 2 and a half year old girl. The meals were fantastic accompanied by a superb wine list and the canapés and champagne on our first and last evenings were such an unexpected treat. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone; making lovely, healthy meals for high tea for the children, baking amazing teatime treats ,baking a birthday cake with candles and balloons for Zachary who was 6 just 3 days before we arrived, not knowing what time we would be able to eat because of the erratic times getting our 2 year old to sleep, but still providing a superb, freshly cooked meal, giving advice and information on anything we asked about, supplying anything we were short of, keeping the chalet and rooms so clean and welcoming and guiding us towards the fabulous hot tub at the end of the day. Adam popped in from time to time to see how we were getting on and we met lots more of the VIP staff over our week's stay who were all friendly and eager to help us with anything we needed. We would love to go with VIP chalets again and again. Please could you set up some chalets in Austria?!
