Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

We really loved the apartment, perfect isolation between the rooms, great layout and great access to the slopes: the whole thing is friction free! The food was delicious: we often asked for recipes to recreate at home! Some constructive feedback, with love :) - A lot of coming and going from hosts and staff, sometimes not knocking on the door, can make us feel like we’re not “at home” - Kitchen rules are a bit too restrictive: we have non skiers in our team, and a few days of bad weather, it’s impossible “not to touch” the kitchen: a separate area where we can throw together a salad and scramble some eggs past breakfast official time would be very appreciated! - last but not least, we really didn’t like that the staff came during our last dinner with a credit card machine to cash 9 euros of beers! That felt very weird after a whole week of all inclusive food and wine? Maybe cap your bar to a 20 euros complimentary and charge when above? And don’t come cash that during our last dinner? All in all very happy and we already emailed the team to see what’s available for next year - just a few thoughts to make it truly exceptional! Thank you to our hosts, Natasha and Will, who were really great.
