Following on from S Wade’s recent review, I would just like to add, how the VIP Team continued to provide excellent communication, welcome and support, to some of us who drove down for the first time this year.
The communication , via What’s App, as we neared resort and welcome from Holly, (the resort Manager) was so easy and reassuring.
We had pre booked, high vehicle parking, on line, via the Avoriaz website. This was a secure underground parking area and I would advise to book well in advance.
We drove up to the resort and following the directions from the Avoriaz transport team, at the first barrier, we drove a short hop in and dropped our luggage, inside the “welcome station”, just opposite, all the indoor parking areas.
Holly, Ben Asst Manager), Bailey and Liam were all there to meet us and help with our packed out car and load it all into the front loading snowcat, just next to us, to take to Chalet Ipaka
Ben took us to a warm room and stayed with us, while Holly kindly went with my Husband, to park the car in the higher vehicle car park. We had an on line booking code, to punch into the entry gate and then take the ticket, for the whole week’s parking.
N:B A front passenger is needed, when parking car, as the entry machines are on the passenger window side, so Holly was able to go with driver and assist with any hiccups getting in to the car park. But, all went very smoothly anyway. Holly even sent photos of the parking level and number of bay, for our return collection at the end of week, via VIP’s “Whats App Concierge Number”, we had been given.
Just brilliant, effortless service, as usual from VIP, thanks so much. We would not hesitate to drive down again, just as welcoming
