Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

The staff at the hotel, particularly Abby and Beccy, were all amazing and a credit to VIP SKI. The food was way beyond our expectations. We have never managed to get our group in a hotel before but they really enjoyed the experience and were so impressed how good the staff were. Everything seemed to run smoothly and efficiently. Thank you so much, we will be in touch to organise the next one!
Having a ski holiday with plenty of snow and great weather conditions always makes your stay more pleasurable. This was topped off with a lovely chalet where the staff went out of their way to help and ensure your stay was a memorable one. The food was great and the wine and beer went down with no complaints. My only one criticism was that the rooms were very small with not a lot of storage space/shelves. This is no way spoilt our holiday and we would would return.
This is the second year we have used VIP and we weren't disappointed. The chalet was great, our host, Claudia was fantastic as was our nanny, Emily. Claudia accommodated all our requests, even our 2 year old's addiction to yoghurt, keeping a ready supply in the fridge. She was great with the children, giving them time and attention, including them with the cooking etc. She is a real asset to VIP. Emily was also fantastic, our 2 year old was unwell and not on great form but she coped with amazing calm and patience with his grumpiness and demands and found lots of things to keep our 7 year old entertained when not at ski school. She was a big hit with both children. The chalet was always clean and tidy and the living space was generous for the 4 of us .The bedrooms are a little snug but, given its prime location not unexpected. The food was plentiful and tasty. The only reason its not a 5 star review is the general confusion at Gatwick on the way out with little or no communication from Aer Lingus on gate changes and delayed check in and again poor customer service from them on the return leg where they seemed keen to seat everyone on the plane away from their travelling companions! While not in the control of VIP, they have chosen Aer Lingus as their fight operator and we had similar problems with them last year and do feel that they slightly let down the VIP experience at the start and end of the holiday. However, this is a minor point and we cannot praise Claudia, Emily and the rest of the VIP Morzine team enough.
