Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

We had a wonderful time as a family of 6 in Val D'Isere. The chalet was lovely and the hot tub was the perfect treat after a days skiing. The chalet hosts looked after us fantastically, nothing was too much trouble and the food was always delicious. We would love to come back next year!
THE GREAT The executive chef (Stuart) concocted truly wonderful meals day after day. A masterful performance worthy of praise and recognition. Both the person and the service offered are great assets to the company, and a real differentiator. THE GOOD The Lugano apartment is spacious, very well situated at the foot of 3 lifts, tastefully decorated and very well provisioned. The VIP in-resort staff make every effort to look after their guest and take pride in what they do. They go out of their way to make the guests happy and comfortable, and put things right when they go wrong (see below). THE BAD The holiday booking process was a little difficult / infuriating in places (e.g. confusion over availability of baby gate) and could have easily resulted in a less 'tenacious' individual looking elsewhere. Technology in chalet (wifi, TV, etc...) was temperamental at times and could be made simpler to operate for guests. THE UGLY On the first day, I was electrocuted by a faulty light fitting in the chalet - a painful and unnerving experience. While the VIP staff were apologetic and moved swiftly to rectify the issue, it should not have happened in the first place.
