Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

A fantastic team at this chalet. We had such a great week, with great service, company and food. The staff got it just right, friendly, helpful and good company. They worked incredibly hard to give us a brilliant week. Food outstanding. The standard of chalet excellent and we loved the location.Thank you, we will come back next year I am sure.
Another great week at the Monjola with particular mention of the food, Chef Joe and Sous Chef Katy and their team produced some outstanding dishes including probably the best chocolate drizzle cake we've ever tasted - arrival day just in case you ask! Great multi-tasking chalet and Rep team with a big shout out to Sam & Evan on the slopes, always at the ready driver, Rhys - plus Alice, Molly, Ellie, Becky, Bex, Toby, Nick, Jess, Abi & Jo Jo for going the extra mile to make our stay memorable! Thank you again, we. hope to see you all again soon!
After a fraught start to our holiday with a long delay we were greeted by our hosts Joe and Martin with a 3 course meal at midnight! and they were still up bright and early the next morning! The chalet was amazing so cosy and comfortable, the food was incredible and J &M were brilliant hosts.we would also, like to thank all the other staff- drivers, maintenance people, resort managers etc who were all so helpful.
Brilliant chalet and exceptional staff. Charlie and Sophie looked after us so well and were excellent chefs. They catered for our picky child without batting an eyelid and were always on hand with recommendations for skiing, restaurants and bars. Any concerns we had about a drive to the slopes (rather than ski-in, ski-out) were quickly put to rest by the VIP drivers, always prompt and very helpful. This was our first trip with VIP and we hope to return next year.
Our first time skiing since we had children and we were a little nervous about whether we had come skiing with them still too young. We need not have worried. The VIP model is spot on. Altitude Lodge is comfortable, clean, safe, ski in / ski out and wonderfully sound proofed (you never hear a peep from other families when in your room). The team are brilliant. Always there to lend a hand, or the kids, hand Mum and Dad a much needed G&T or help out with ski school bookings of lifts down to the town. Adam runs a great team who genuinely added gpreal value to the holiday. The food was excellent throughout and I know our little ones loved Making their own pizzas with Jamie. Thank you for everything guys. We will be back.
The staff have been super friendly, and have been happy to do anything, especially for the children. We used a Nanny (Faye) for our 16 month year old, she was brilliant, and put lots of thought into the children's activities. Staff overall were very impressive. Child facilities are a little tired, in particular the baby monitors (poor quality), high chairs (broken straps) and cot sheet (slightly too small). Cleanliness overall was pretty good. The main restaurant area and family room could have been cleaner, especially under the sofas, although this is probably because it is shared with the public as the restaurant is open for lunch.
