Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

The location is excellent, although noisy when the piste bashers work very late at night. The staff were excellent. Friendly, happy to engage in conversation and to offer help on any problems with the rooms etc. The shower in room 312 leaked badly, towels were provided to dam the flow, but were not the complete answer. The food was pretty average at the start of the week but improved by midweek. It wasn't the standard of food expected from VIP. The wine selection was excellent, much improved from past stays in VIP chalets. The separation between the dining room and bar was puzzling. Overall a good location, a good standard of accommodation, excellent staff and satisfactory food.

I am sorry to hear of the maintenance issues that you suffered during your stay and that the catering did not meet your expectations.
