Wonderful experience. VIP team especially Brendan first class. Food fabulous. A few suggestions: - High quality fluffy bathrobes and slippers would be good. - An in chalet spa treatment menu particularly for non-skiers. - VIP recommends list for resort ski runs, restaurants and must do activities. Possibly in an app. - Agreement of menu in advance of trip. We were only asked about dietary. Option to have something different other than turkey on Xmas day. - Advice about resort given on bus transfer to resort. We got no info not even about snow forecast.

My family and I have just returned from a week’s holiday in Bear Lodge. We had an amazing week, the food was superb, the ski in, ski out was so easy and I have to mention the very comfortable beds. A massive thanks has to go to all the incredible staff in the chalets and hotel who could not do enough for us. They all made our stay so easy and pleasurable and it was always done with a smile. You are all a credit to the company. I hope you all have a wonderful new year.

Bear Lodge is the perfect location for a ski in/out family holiday. The ease of the boot room and location of lessons couldn’t have been easier. We made the most of the wellness centre, which was a great way to relax after a day on the mountain. The village is small but very pretty, especially at night. We enjoyed the Christmas firework display. Chalet Lux is amazing - spacious and fitted out to a high standard with views over the piste. Beds were exceptionally good!! It was a step up from previous VIP chalets we have stayed at. We were very well looked after by our hosts but a special mention goes out to Liv, who couldn’t do enough to make us feel spoilt. She is an amazing chef and the perfect host! Thank you so much, it was a pleasure to have Christmas with you. Exceptional breakfasts, cakes and suppers, with lovely wine and flowing champagne…kept us satisfied. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a special Christmas ski trip, especially Nici for finding us the perfect location and accommodation. We will be back! X x

We couldn’t have asked for better hosts than Yas and Owen for our first chalet experience! They were both most attentive and keen to ensure we had a fab hols - which we did! They have an excellent skills combination which works brilliantly. The food was delicious, all our queries were answered comprehensively and Owen and Yas, together with Gee and the whole team at VIP really couldn’t have done any more to ensure a seamless holiday. Thank you all so much.

We had the best Christmas holiday in Val d’Isere at Aspen House #5. This was our first chalet experience and it exceeded all of our expectations. The skiing was amazing and just a short, easy walk from the chalet. Absolutely everyone we met from VIP was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic to help make this a wonderful week. There were so many special touches for the holiday, from a decorated Christmas tree in the chalet to Christmas carols on Christmas Eve and truly the most delicious Christmas dinner ever. The true highlight of our trip was our chalet host Lottie. She took such good care of our family, and looked out for our every need. We could not have been happier to spend the week with her. Her cooking was amazing - we will miss waking up to a cooked breakfast, coming home in the afternoons to delicious freshly baked cookies, cakes or bars, and what can only be described as restaurant quality dinners. She thought of every detail! We can’t thank Lottie and everyone at VIP enough for making this such a special and memorable week for our family. It was perfect!

This was truly a world class holiday for our family. We had heard great things about VIP and our experience didn’t disappoint. Lottie was a terrific hostess for our family. She was attentive, upbeat, super friendly and interacted with our children in a wonderful way. We will miss her! Thank you for a wonderful week!!

We stayed at Chalet Alaska in Morzine over Christmas 2022. The chalet itself is absolutely stunning. A high end finish and super comfortable. The layout gave us lots of space to relax apres ski. It is brilliantly situated in the centre of Morzine, close to both Pleney and Super Morzine lifts and bus pick up for Avoriaz. Despite having a central location we couldn’t hear the road at all due to the top end construction of the chalet. So if you have any concerns coming with a young family or light sleeper but still want a central location then this is the place for you. The hospitality has been absolutely fantastic. We were looked after by Anna, Georgie and Daisy and from the moment we met them nothing was too much trouble. Their confidence and hosting skills are commendable and they have absolutely made our holiday with the fun environment they have created for our family. We have two sons and they have been wonderful with them both and kept our wine glasses topped up in the evenings. We have all laughed a lot and simple touches like the notes they’ve left us each day and the Christmas Day quiz were really appreciated. The food has 100% been the best ski chalet food we have ever had (we’ve done a lot of chalet holidays over the years) The breakfast was varied and we loved the creativity with the fruit each day. The different afternoon tea cakes and sweet treats were all delicious. The evening meals from canapés, starters, main courses, deserts and cheese boards have been at restaurant standard. Everything cooked from scratch and meticulously planned. Ingredient quality was fantastic and the skills of the girls made it a perfect combination. Our sons tucked into food that they would have complained about at home! If we had to pick one (3) thing that made our Christmas holiday magical it would be Anna, Georgie and Daisy. If our sons turn out to be half as lovely as them we will be super proud. They really made everything perfect for us. They are an absolute asset to VIP SKI please pass on our further heartfelt thanks and wish them a wonderful season ahead. We will be back!!!
