    From the moment we met Alex at the airport, we were thoroughly taken care of by VIP. I wondered how we would get to the chalet in the middle of a car-free resort. Again, I needn't have worried. It was all sorted by the capable staff in resort, Will and Henry. It was a lovely touch to be greeted by our hosts Anna and George, who were the jewels in the crown of the VIP experience. As someone who has worked as a chalet host in Morzine for Snowline/VIP 21 years ago! I can attest to how much of a rewarding but challenging job it can sometimes be. George and Anna were so patient with my chatterbox children and they provided the perfect environment where me and my family could be ourselves over Christmas. The food and care they provided was top-notch. Kayleigh, our super-nanny, was no different. A fantastic support and friend to us and our children, which allowed us to make the most of our time on the ski slopes. Henry was also very attentive and courteous and kept us informed when snagging works was going on in the chalet. Your people really are your biggest asset VIP/Andy. Again, we were so fortunate to have George, Anna and Kayleigh for our Christmas holiday. Thank you so much xxx Kerr and Flora

    Great private driver very friendly helpful etc Lovely lodge and great room perfect faultless in all aspects. Lovely welcome excellent pre arrival comms from Rosie and good welcome from team Food was very good Felt our chalet host Maisy should not have been working as was unwell she had a terrible cough and lingering cold and couple of our party now have the cough including my wife. I think as she wasn’t feeling great we didn’t get the same level of service we have experienced in the past from VIP or other ski companies. The spa on the first night we found the sauna and steam room hadn’t been turned on and also found that even in the quiet time it was overrun with children and not adequate for the number of guests. However loved the lodge location the decor and easy access and we will be back again thanks

    The experience of holidaying in The Manoir is unique and fabulous. Whilst we could have asked for more snow, we did not need to ask for any better hosting from Finn, Poppy and Beatrice who managed our groups needs with professionalism and smiles. The accommodation is second to none, a rare find in amongst chalets and the food and drink matched the class of the Manoir. A short walk to the Pleny cable car and we were up with the snow and able to enjoy the runs between Morzine and Les Gets. Whilst tempted to venture to Avoriaz we found that Morzine had enough for our short break and still had places to see. I heartily recommend the chalet, the resort but also all that VIP ski had to offer in assisting in making our short break memorable for all the right reasons. We would love to go back in a heart beat.

  • Superb Christmas at the Farmhouse

    What was a last minute vacation, turned out to be a family favorite.. VIP concierge service was from the moment of booking to departure first class. No request was too big or small - from arranging our ski passes and equipment to offering insightful local knowledge for the best slopes and après-ski spots. Their efforts made everything seamless and stress-free. The Farmhouse Chalet is nestled in the heart of the old town close to the lifts and restaurants with a cozy and inviting ambiance and to our delight they had decorated with a Christmas tree ! The food was amazing, so much so we regretted eating out on several nights. The cherry on the top was the two VIP Ski hosts who looked after us at the farmhouse -excellent chefs, engaging personalities and people who genuinely cared about us having a memorable stay.

    Thank you so much to the team at VIP Ski. We had a fabulous stay over New Year. Our hosts Charlotte & Sasha were very friendly, accommodating & the food served was delicious. The drivers were great and concierge were brilliant helping us book lunches on the mountains. The chalet was in a perfect location and was very spacious. We would definitely recommend VIP & will be back again.

    What a fantastic holiday from start to finish! VIP Ski planned our holiday down to every detail before and during our stay. The chalet was absolutely spot on and such quality far beyond what we were expecting - it was truly luxurious! The staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us. They were so very friendly whenever we met them along with the lovely chalet staff who made our trip so enjoyable and memorable. The resort of Les Arcs was brilliant for all our abilities and the knowledge of VIP Ski helped with the ski planning in every way from routes to weather or shopping guidance. We are already planning our next trip with this lovely niche company and I cannot thank and recommend VIP Ski enough - you are all a remarkable team of super people. Thank you so very much for making such a fantastic holiday!

    I don't like to leave a negative review in anyway so normally just say nothing but you guys have asked several times. After staying with VIP 4 times previously this was the first time I was a little disappointed. There were a couple of little niggles which were quickly resolved well. G as always was great, our chalet host had a few days out and was our only host (as it was the first time staying in a small chalet) so we didn't really get to have much interaction with anyone for long. He was real young and probably needed some help alongside him but he was very pleasant and tried hard. The cover girl was ok I guess. The food we have always previously been blown away - every single trip. This time wasn't too good, menu could probably do with renewing a bit also. Kitchen and communal areas were a little dirty. Location very good, ski hire delivery/service great.

    Can't fault VIP Ski. Staff excellent, Chalet smart, warm and comfortable. Food excellent. The VIP staff attitude is nothing is too much trouble which makes it an easy holiday. The driver service is brilliant.

  • Great chalet, questionable admin

    Lovely chalet apartment, great chalet host, Annabel. She cooked lovely food and had a nice, caring and friendly attitude 3 days before we arrived spoke to Annabelle B, Chalet manager, who confirmed our arrangements and that were told that we would be the only guests. We were even offered separate rooms for our two girls. Arrived at 5 Aspen and 2 other guests came along. They had booked before I spoke to Annabelle, but Head Office didn't tell anyone, not the Chalet Manager and not the Chalet Host, who had catered for 4 guests that night. These guests had also been given a choice of room, which we hadn't as it was expected by the local team that we would be the only guests. What would have happened if we had arrived first and taken all the rooms, as offered before we arrived? Poor communication and a surprise to all. Lots of apologies (genuine I'm sure) but no real action taken, just an expectation that we had to take it on the chin as it was a Head Office failure, not a local one.
