Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

A terrific holiday, with the ideal combination of snow and sun, and great to be back in Val d'Isere after several years away. The Farmhouse is a charming chalet, full of character and ideally located. We were lucky to have Emily and Stu to look after us; they were always helpful, good fun and great cooks.
As soon as we arrived it was downhill all the way- that's just how Graham skis and you'd better keep up! The reception at the Montjola was excellent and unexpected- lovely canapés and crust-off sandwiches at lunchtime and transport down to resort to sort boots and lockers. The staff were fun, pleasant and very efficient. The food on offer every evening was of a consistently high quality and great choice. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The spa was well used and transfers/ minibus attendance was faultless. The ski-hosting helped to throw people together and we got to meet a number of lovely "ski-nuts" like ourselves. The title refers to Graham's participation next week in the Marathon des Sables through the Morrocan desert - He will need a beer after!
Thank you for a fantastic week. This was our 1st time with VIP ski and we can't wait to use VIP ski again. Chalet staff were fantastic. Big thanks to Joe and Rich as well as Tom the driver with the fine beard for going the extra mile. Chalet was immaculate and we couldn't have picked a better bunch of people to share it with. We made full use of the hot tub, swimming pool and home cinema. Our only small disappointed was the food. For a VIP chalet, never mind a flagship chalet, I would expect a higher standard of food. It was very hit and miss. Highlights were the light & moist toffee banana loaf , pork belly and parsnip and apple soup. Over cooked dry chicken breast and the teriyaki beef with no sauce weren't so good.
Just returned from a week in St Anton with VIP Ski and in conjunction with the Telegraph. I have to say that after 20 ski trips this has been by far the best ever. The hotel was really good with excellent rooms compared to many other ski hotels. The tea/coffee in bed service is fantastic and the food in the evening is top class. Free flowing wines were available every evening which were also taken into the relaxing bar afterwards. Obviously, skiing with Graham Bell for the week added to our enjoyment of this holiday and we also met some amazing new friends throughout the week, but the service provided by VIP ski at the hotel was excellent. Transfers into the resort, skis and boots kept in the shop next to the lifts, no need to carry your luggage to and from your room, lovely quiet mountain setting... I cannot recommend it highly enough.
