Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Excellent. Snow ordinary but everything else tops Elliot and Ed were superb hosts; polite, helpful, and masters in the kitchen!. Couldn't fault them. Suggestions: 1. More input from VIP boss to tidy up loose ends on arrival re ski school 2. Less quantity and more quality wine 3. More fresh fruit and veg
Thank you VIP Ski and the team in St Anton for ensuring that we all had a tremendous ski holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed the ski guiding with Jack and Rory, safe in the knowledge that our littles ones were being looked after by the amazing Nanny Heather. It's no exaggeration to say that Heather and the other nannies are really top class. They made it a really enjoyable holiday for us all, even our 18mth old! All transfers/lifts/service in general were seamless, and everyone we came across would go out of their way to help. First time using VIP Ski, and I hope it won't be out last. MTW
We stayed in the Hotel Montjola. The rooms were spotless, really comfortable and the housekeeping staff kept them that way. The food was great and there was plenty of it - breakfast, dinner plus the afternoon tea really meant you didn't need to buy anything at all outside the hotel if you didn't want to. The transfers both ways were super smooth and having the continuous shuttle service between the hotel and the slopes was awesome - especially with ski/boot storage at the Intersport shop included in the package price. Everything was just made so easy. Thanks to Jack and Rory for the three days guiding (again part of the package), those guys were great and it makes a big difference in getting to know the area and your fellow guests. Thanks to Toby and Roddy for the driving, Rachel and Adrian in the hotel, and all the girls in the restaurant and elsewhere. I would definitely recommend VIP Ski and will be using them again.
Returned today after a great week at Club Bellevarde, this was our second stay in this chalet and this year eclipsed last year. The team are truly lovely, they are so happy and work together so well, it is a pleasure to see and of course makes for a really memorable stay. They all looked after us so well and we were lucky also to have had Barry as chef too. Gee's cakes were incredible as was her super salad and Hughie and Elle couldn't do enough for us. Our fellow guests were fantastic and it was so enjoyable. The chalet itself is beautiful, the location is ideal and the spa and hot tubs complete the experience. If you've already booked for this year you will enjoy every minute!
Alpes d' Huez is far more charming than the travel writers would have you believe. The small town is set out over a large area offering a mix of traditional alpine chalets and ambience with the more block type of accommodation. There are plenty of activities other than skiing available which was fortunate since we had very little snow during our stay. THe resort tried to do its best to keep the slopes that were open in good condition but our skiing was restricted to a limited number of slopes which, by the end of the week were icy. However, I can see that had there been good snow conditions this would have been an ideal resort for beginners and nervous skiers. The chalet was great and very comfortable. The staff were excellent going out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. Helen, the chef deserves a special mention for coping with our parties food requirements and food allergies with great skill. We used Masterclass ski school and would recommend them, particularly Jimmy, who is great with nervous skiers. All together a great holiday, shame about the poor snow conditions.
