Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Amazing holiday. Snow was not the best ever but we made the most of it and everything else in the holiday was great. Apartment was fabulous and we loved going up to the slopes every day so the kids could make us look useless. One of the great things about the holiday is how Yasmin looked after us. Great food every day and she looked after the kids so well. She was brilliant. Could not say enough good things about the holiday, VIP Ski holidays and the young lass that looked after us. All fantastic.
The Juniper Suite at the Aspen Lodge provided great accommodation for two families - big bedrooms (for a French ski resort) and a large lounge area. The bar downstairs was perfect for kids & adults alike, all loved the pool table and outdoor hot tubs in the early evening, the VIP staff there were really welcoming and friendly. Tom would even bring us drinks to sip in the hut tub! In the chalet our host & cook Owen looked after us really well... he obviously loves cooking and the food was varied and very well cooked. Very impressive to put on a 3 course meal for 8 every night. We all ate as a family together and the children enjoyed everything, even things they might not have eaten at home. Owen was a lovely relaxed host, happy to chat with us and tea and cake was always laid out beautifully every day when we got home from skiing. The location of the Aspen Lodge is central to pretty much everything and only a short walk from the main Solaise & Bellevarde lifts as well as bars and shops. Great to be able to hire skis right next door to the chalet. And, if you don't fancy carrying your skis to the lifts in the morning, the nice VIP people will take them up for you. Things we'd like to see done differently....? It's a long time since we've had a coach transfer on a ski holiday. At this level, I think individual transfers are pretty much the norm especially when it's quite a long transfer time. Plus, cooking, cleaning and hosting two families is too much for one person. Again, we're used to two people sharing the load... much fairer for the host.
Absolutely fabulous holiday. Can't find fault at all. Accommodation was excellent in a great location and suitably luxurious surroundings. The food and drink were second to none. Going to have to go on a regime on my return. The chalet hosts were the best we' d ever had in 14 years of coming to Val D'Isere. Going to be difficult to beat!
