Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

This was our first ski holiday with our 7 year old twin boys. We wanted a location that had enough for us as a couple of decent skiers and them as beginners, as well as accommodation that meant we could all relax. Chalet Kenai was better than we imagined. The boys settled in within minutes - picking a room and beds within the first minute of our arrival. It's luxurious and feels like home from home. The location is very central, surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. The only slight negative about the location is the noise created by the local restaurant clearing out their bottles at night. Other than that is perfect - just a short walk to the ski lifts. The VIP ski setup meant that we had our own chalet host. We had Lucinda. She was the perfect host. Well spoken, hospitable and a great cook. The variety of food was excellent for us and our boys. Afternoon tea was a real treat!. Lucinda was faultless.
We had a great experience staying at the chalet Founets Amont with our hosts Maxine and Sarah. The chalet was some great views from the living/dining room and was always warm and inviting. The beds were comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water for baths and showers (not something you can always take for granted). The boot room was equipped with ski rack, boot warmer and bench for putting on boots as well as plenty of hooks and a shelf for helmets. Getting out on the ski slopes only required walking out of the boot room, crossing the road and taking a few steps up a hill. The highlight of the stay was definitely the treatment from our hosts. Our family have some complicated food preferences (one vegan, one lactose intolerant and one no seafood) and Maxine and Sarah took this in their stride preparing special meals, snacks and hors d'oeuvres on top of the food they prepared for the other guests and even assured us that they enjoyed the challenge! They were always welcoming and cheerful, the chalet was kept very clean and the food was absolutely delicious. I have knocked off one star because the room I stayed in (5) picked up a lot of noise from the road.
