Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

We have returned from a lovely family holiday to St Anton.. The VIP staff are all, without exception, wonderful and can't do enough to help. The Nanny's are fabulous, the children love them and you really do trust them to provide top quality care and of course fun! Hotel Montjola is a nice size and is comfortable. Probably needing a bit of updating soon and needs a second hot tub as one normal size hot tub is just too small for a hotel of this size, it was "cosy" in there squeezing in with others and usually had to wait to be able to use it in the late afternoon and evening. The standard of food is high and those serving in the restaurant friendly and helpful. They got to know the children's likes and even made sure that my daughters favourite yogurt was saved for her every morning (thanks JoJo!)! The ski school is really good in St Anton. We loved the longer days than French ski school, liked that there were lots of English instructors and they made a real effort to ensure the children were in the right group and moved them around groups if necessary. Great VIP shuttle service down to the piste, rarely had to wait at all (the children were delighted when it was Toby driving!!). The only negative in regards to getting to the slopes is that VIP use the big Intersport shop (you keep your equipment there over night in the ski lockers) which is a bit of a distance for little children in ski boots to get to ski school. Could understand if it is the only Intersport shop in town but there is another smaller one right on the slopes near the ski school so would have expected a company like VIP Ski who go out of their way to make things easy for you, to use that shop instead, at least for families with children in ski school if it is to small to cope with all VIP guests, by the time I got my own ski's on I was sweating and frazzled! We enjoyed our day with Roddy ski guiding on the first day, he pitched the pace and distance just right. As a resort we probably wouldn't return to St Anton as a lot of the runs are short and narrow and a bottle neck into the resort. From early afternoon the home runs were horrendously busy.
Recently arrived back from a week at Altitude Lodge in Les Gets. We, family of 4, including 7 year old twins, throughly enjoyed the holiday, despite dwindling snow conditions. The staff were very professional and friendly. The chalet was in excellent order and perfectly positioned for 'ski-in ski-out'. We loved the food, wine and the company (guests and staff!) Thanks for a great holiday.
Chablis hosts Ellie & Andy are a real asset to VIP. An enthusiastic and surprisingly capable young couple who deliver great food and service with a smile! Early starts, tea in bed, special requests, late finishes - no problem to these guys - Don't forget to tip them accordingly! VIP have a bit of a hidden gem in these chalets and I must admit I have previously been a bit of a brand snob and used higher end competitors Consensio and Scott Dunn in the past. Conclusion: I will be looking at VIP availability before other operators in future, as VIP value for money is outstanding with service and Bellevarde accommodation comparable to Scott Dunn. We went for school half term and enjoyed it so much, I stayed for a second week with my 4 year old son, while my wife took the older kids home for school! Thank you Sarah from the VIP nanny service who was amazing and allowed me to ski with Geronimo until he got tired (3pm) then met us at the top of the Olympic gondola to take him safely back to the chalet and look after him with activities and games, so I could enjoy the last 2 hours hard skiing. Only negative is the (amazing) pool is just toooo cold to enjoy. Maybe that is deliberate to encourage guest turn over and not have 30 people in it at once, as it is shared by 4 chalets? It is the temperature of a competition pool - but that will not keep us away in future! Outdoor hot-tub was the cherry on top! Hopefully see you again later in the season!
