Chalet lovely, food incredible and level of service was second to none. I managed to injure myself on day 3 and spent the rest of my week on the sofa but Jasmine our chalet host was amazing and made what could have been a very long 3 days cooped up whilst the rest of the group were on the slopes enjoyable! All the staff couldn't do enough to ensure we had a good time
Service in chalet not up to VIP usual standards. Shuttle service fantastic, all the drivers helpful attentive and very accommodating. Concierge service very good in aspen lodge.
The chalet was everything we had hoped for. Clean, tidy and had a good selection of entertainment. The standout part of the chalet experience was the staff. Rob was fantastic and really led the face to face relationship with us as guests. Nothing was to much trouble for him, and he has the perfect mix of professionalism and down to earth friendliness. A true standout member of staff that as a company owner I would be delighted to have on my team. George was a great chef and character to have around the chalet too. A knowledgable guy, who as well as cooking some fantastic food also went out of his way to put on a quiz night for the group. Two very hard working guys who work well as a team. Would certainly recommend. Well done to all involved.
