Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Our 2nd visit to the Hotel Montjola - this time with the Telegraph ski week. We were not disappointed. Hotel as good as before with the added bonus of Graham Bell, Tim and Ollie to ski guide. It was a great week although rather too hot for the snow! The food was excellent - the only criticism would be that the portions are enormous! Dining room was also a bit tricky with the noise from the number of large tables making it difficult to hear yourself speak on a small table in the side room where we were. The staff in the hotel were as impressive as before. VIP was let down by the service at Friedrichshafen on the return where the BA systems made for a painfully slow check-in.
The booking was easy - great staff at the VIP offices. staff at Geneva airport really helpful and soon had us on our way to resort. Chalet was delightful and in a great location - exceeded our expectations. Rooms/en suites lovely and very comfortable. Our hosts Paddy & Tim just outstanding. High quality food, cooked and served beautifully on time every day. They were so pleasant and helpful...really can't praise them enough - such an asset to VIP. The other guests in the chalet were lovely and everyone interacted well which helped to make the holiday so good. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to our next ski holiday. Really wish there was a later flight from Manc as 6.55 am is such a killer ! Had to be at the airport for 5 am and then we had a 3 hour delay with Jet 2 - this was the only downside to the whole holiday.
We booked our holiday through ski solutions who were not wrong when recommending VIP as an excellent company. The chalet was perfect for our three generation party. The staff were exceptional , friendly, efficient and always pleased to help. The food was the best we have ever had on a skiing holiday with a varied menu beautifully presented. The same care and attention to detail was evident in the children's meals. Lech is a beautiful resort with a huge range of skiing available. The hotel is well placed for access to lifts and the ski school can be recommended. Great holiday, thank you VIP ,
We spent a week in chalet Marielaine in Meribel - 5 adults and 2 children aged 2 & 4. It was one of the most enjoyable holidays of my life! Nothing was too much trouble for VIP, who even provided a bottle of champagne as the hot tub was not warm on arrival. All the staff were very helpful, giving us lifts around town and generally providing great advice on where to go and what to do. However a special mention must go to our chalet host Mo. A thoroughly delightful young man, a terrific cook and with a great sense of humour. Our holiday simply would not have been the same without him. Give that man a raise VIP, and do your best to keep him, he's a tremendous asset to your company. I would highly recommend VIP Ski and will be booking with them for another holiday next year...
very good with the location and ski in and out facilities, nanny service was good, but chalet needs a little bit of TLC and host's cooking was not quiet up to the usual VIP standards
Just got back from Chalet Chablis in Val d'Isere and we would like to thank our wonderful chalet hosts, Andy and Ellie. They really did everything possible to make our trip as relaxing as it could be; the food was amazing, they were always smiling and happy to recommend or discuss various pistes and bars / restaurants (on or off pistes) and quick to help organise evenings out or events. The chalet itself was beautiful, and our group had the two top rooms overlooking the mountain, so great views to wake up to. The beds were very comfortable and firm, and lots of storage space with on-suite bath and shower. The rooms were also well insulated to you couldn't hear anyone partying late downstairs or passing by in the early hours. The lounge area downstairs was well furnished and there was a log burning stove which was easy to use, as well as a hot tub outside on the terrace. The ski room with boot heater was right next to the front door, and right next door (so you can walk to it in your robe and slippers) was the spa, which had a steam room and sauna and a large pool which also looked out over the mountain. The meals were wonderful, and varied with three options of red wine and two for the white each night. There was also beer available on the honesty fridge (€1 euro each) Top tip, the two top rooms have lovely views over the mountains and you can hear very little up there if anyone is partying late. Even with my legs getting tired each day from skiing, it was easy to walk up the two flights to them. The hot tub and spa were really good for relaxing the legs. Also although it is a walk back to the chalet, the VIP SKI drivers will pick you up if you call them and tell them where you are. This could mean a little wait if they were busy, but much more preferable than trying to walk back in your ski boots. Be careful though, the drivers finish at 8pm, so if you want a lift back later than that, its a taxi ride. The only really downside was the wifi, which was a little hit and miss so we tended to upload pictures either in town or up on some of the bars on the slopes where the wifi was better.
Charity was a brilliant host. She catered for all of our needs with a smile on her face. She was a big part of our holiday and definitely an asset to VIP. The skiing is amazing, the après at Cocoricos is first class and I can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything Charity.
