Booking experience good and responsive You majorly cocked up on the plane. You block book so there was a block booking of 40. British Airways do not then apportion seats to family. We found with two small children we were all split up. BA had to rearrange and so we were bunged at the back of the aircraft. I had a snapped Achilles with boot and crutches and despite telling VIP and VIP telling BA it meant I had no leg room. Not a great start. Chalet fine, we knew it of old but as the kids slept separate it means the bunk is in the corridor. This means we had to eat early with kids otherwise part and pan banging would mean child in corridor could not get to bed at a reasonable time. Won't do Petit Choucas again. Rose chalet girl very sweet and nice. Probably more shy/less sparky/more placid than those of past years. Cleanliness pretty good but not sure table wiped every morning/evening according to my wife. Food fine but we were very easy and ate out two nights and had chicken and salad the others. When we ran out of apple juice or Brie it did take a little while to replenish. Great to have pick up every morning. A god send to my wife. Drivers good. Fran the nanny first class. Could not fault her and a great asset to VIP and a Norland to boot. Weather superb. Bone Sante Physio excellent and thank you for recommendation. I had every morning. Trying Bel Sol next year so let's see how that goes. TDC first class, we have them every year. Thank you VIP
Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. I am very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the BA flight. We are well aware that whilst this is an external supplier it reflects badly on our brand and service. We are addressing the problems with BA, your comments will be extremely helpful, and we are doing our upmost to ensure the issues you detail above will not be repeated.
A very relaxing holiday in a very large and spacious chalet. Rooms were unusually big with great storage. Brilliant location in the centre of town but also very quiet and a 5 minute walk from the slopes. The chalet staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient. Great food and rather nice having the week's menu in advance to make your choices. A great chalet to meet other people, but with plenty of space to have quiet areas. A brilliant week and will definitely be back.
We all wanted to say a huge thank you to Rich and Cath for ensuring we had a wonderful week. Their attention to detail was brilliant, the food every evening was delicious and they couldn't have been more accommodating. They really made it a proper holiday for us.
