Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

We spent a fabulous sunny week in the Valdez chalet in Morzine - our second year here! Jasmine was a fantastic chalet host - she cooked delicious food and was so charming and sweet during our stay. She was wonderful. Our 2 children (aged 5 and 2) loved their nanny Kir - she was very capable and fun and it enabled us to have a relaxing break, knowing that our children were having a great time (when they weren't on the slopes with us). The only reason this Isnt a 5 star review is due to our experience at Gatwick. We waited an hour and a half to check in to our flight. There weren't enough check-in staff available and the ones that were checking in were not experienced or able to process passengers quickly. We had to run for our flight, having arrived to the airport in plenty of time - it was really stressful. We were not assigned seats together and as we had young children, other passengers were asked to move to accommodate us. That part of our trip felt decidedly 'budget' rather than VIP.
Our third time at the Altitude Lodge; and the standards have remained absolutely first class. What makes the holiday genuinely special are the hosts and staff who are all quite exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. The friendliness is palpably genuine. The food is incredibly good, beautifully presented and innovative (in a very good way). We will be coming back. Thank you all.
