Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

We've stayed with VIP previously but the Lugano Suite is amazing. It is absolutely beautiful and has loads of space for two families. It's such a great location and the skiing has been really good for mid-April. Our chalet host, Max, has been great fun and looked after us all so well. He was great with the children and really easy to talk to. The childcare has also been brilliant, as always, and Billie and Jess took care of ski school and the children had lots of fun, despite ranging from 2 to 10 - not easy to entertain as a group! Special thanks to Adam, who is just simply an amazing chef. The food has been superb and beautifully presented with mouthwatering flavours. We are 'foodies' and his dishes have lived up to and surpassed our expectations. Thank you for making our week just the best ski holiday we have ever had!
Thought I would give some feedback (-which is something I would not normally do) as you have two absolute gems in Cath and Rich. Their cooking was great and really a cut above what I have experienced in previous chalets (- and I must have stayed in at least 20-25). They were also spot on with being helpful, polite and friendly with us and our kids. To put it another way, I would actively ask for a chalet that they were hosting in future. St Anton is a great resort and Gamskar is pretty convenient for the lifts.
We travelled to Hotel Theodul as a family of 4 with a 22 month old and a 4 year old. We stayed in a family room which was comfortable and a good separate sleeping area for the children. We utilised the nanny service which we shared with another family friend and the Theodul kids club for our eldest's ski school pick up. We were pleased we did the 10-3pm ski school for our 4 year old and he really enjoyed this and progressed throughout the week. Given the spring snow conditions an improvement would be for the kids club to offer a ski school drop off in the mornings to help parents get the earlier lifts out to maximise on morning skiing but we did pay extra for this one morning and I appreciate that it is also nice for parents to do the drop off. Maybe it should be an optional extra. The ski school drop off on day one was a bit hectic but I guess it is always like that when lots of children involved! Nanny service was excellent and very flexible from day to day. Hotel worked well for children and our baby monitor reached fine from the room to the restaurant in the evenings. Kids tea was hectic (!) but a great choice of food for the children and good portions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa area was a great luxury at the end of the day but we would suggest removing a few day beds and adding a hot tub! Lech is a charming village and seemed to avoid the school holiday queues as the slopes were generally quiet with no lift queues. Plenty of slopeside restaurant choices. We would definitely look to return here or with VIP to another resort.
Following up on last year's excellent trip we returned to Val'D albeit in Grand Choucas rather than Aspen. This year we got the VIP transfer which I can fully recommend as it arrived over an hour before the coach (and we had a flight delay) - Callum made excellent time and had a hamper of goodies from the hungry kids. Our host was Liv who was fantastic, very flexible on timings and best cook ever according to Jack. Grand Choucas is a better apartment, albeit doesn't have the hot tubs that Aspen does - easily solved with a walk through the snow in swimsuits! A fantastic trip, and we also got lucky with the conditions, See you next year
Booking the holiday was easy and confirmation emails were quickly received and it was easy to update some of our information. On arrival at Geneva airport the reps were easy to find and we were quickly and efficiently directed to our transfer coach. The transfer was smooth and we were met in Les Gets by our hotel manager and a couple of the hosts, who drove us up to the hotel by the pistes. Throughout our stay the manager and hosts were extremely attentive and did everything possible to ensure we had a good holiday. They helped us arrange lift passes and ski hire and even arranged a trip to a different ski area to make sure we got the best skiing possible. The meals were excellent throughout the week. Breakfasts were a choice of continental style or cooked or a mixture. The menus for dinner in the evening were varied and the food beautifully cooked and presented. The room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. We can't praise the staff highly enough; they were all friendly, helpful and extremely diligent in their work to ensure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend VIP for anyone thinking about a skiing holiday.
Friendly, lovely people. A nice, quiet chalet, the food was delicious and we had a great week.
