All round fab place! Tom and Elle looked after us like a charm. The pool, hot tub and sauna were brilliant. The cinema lost the children for a few book-reading hours and the food was exceptional! Car came to help us to the slopes (even in sparse snow April) very quickly and return journey was always quick (2 mins in car). Loved every minute and will book again.

The chalet staff (Sam and Kieran) were really good. They prepared great food, kept the place in good order, gave useful advice and organised transport for us. VIP's transport service worked really, really well - much better than I had expected.

I loved the kind staff that impressed every day of the holiday. They were full of enthusiasm every day and were open to anything. The food was the best I have ever had and wish I could have it at home. Rooms were always clean and beds were comfy. I would definitely come back next year.

Three families, one chalet and the best of times. We'd waited until all the children were old enough to enjoy it, learn together and remember it - and it was amazing. Chalet lovely and brilliantly set up for the 13 people in our troop. VIP made everything very easy, from logistics (literally taxis everywhere and help with all the gear) to the very generous catering and advice every time we needed it. Can't recommend it enough. If by the way you need Ski lessons we couldn'd recommend New Generation highly enough (Zoe and Emily were amazing). A brilliant holiday.

Staff were great. Proper VIP treatment. Food good and bar tab exchange rate awesome. But the hotel is getting a little tired and lacks a proper outside terrace to soak up the late afternoon sunshine. A few outdoor tables and chairs would make all the difference.

This is our 3rd yr in St Anton, a resort we have come to love because of the skiing it offers, the fantastic ski school for the children and the friendless of the locals. However it is the hotel and the service we have consistently received throughout the past 3 holidays that brings us back each year. The food this year has been outstanding, the friendless and helpfulness of the staff cannot be faulted and we are on the last week of the season! Thank you so much for yet another memorable ski holiday.....we will be back!

A very family friendly hotel where nothing is too much trouble. A relaxed environment with games for the children and a well stocked bar for the adults. Amazing food for children and adults with a wide selection to choose from and enormous portions. Experienced staff were on hand to help with any queries and lifts to and from the slopes were on hand for those who preferred not to walk. After a day on the slopes, the hot tub and sauna provided a welcoming relaxation opportunity. Ski school was fantastic for the children and the progress made after 5 days of lessons was more than could be expected. Would definitely recommend this resort-especially for those with children. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday such a wonderful experience.

Everything went very smoothly, we were picked up at the terminal by the VIP Staff and whisked off to our hotels. Nice touch, refreshments on the coach! Couldn't fault the hotel, very clean, quirky modern/retro styling. But best of all were the amazing team of staff managed by the lovely Rachel and Adam. There was always a few members of staff on duty, who were happy to help, run us down town, pick us up etc! There were complementary drinks and canapés on the first and last night, which was a nice touch. The breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice and the evening meals were quite simply amazing! Plus the free wine was a bonus! The ski guiding service which ran three days of our weeks stay was very good, both Toby & Roddy were very nice, polite chaps, who were great putting up with us! The various drivers must also be thanked as should the chalet girls who run breakfast and dinner excellently! In all we had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend and hopefully return!

We've had a lovely family holiday - our 10th year in a row. However, the mid-morning charter is unreliable and VIP didn't manage this well or help us, which was disappointing, especially with three small children. Juniper is comfortable but is tired and needs refurbishing. The top floor bathroom lighting is generally poor and the basins didn't work properly. .The beds could be upgraded. I think that VIP need to have professional cleaners who can clean and housekeep to modern standards. However, our hosts, Elle and Owen, were delightful and it made a big difference. They worked very well as a team and kept three generations happy with delicious meals, cakes and their friendliness. We enjoyed having them look after us and chatting with us. Owen is a very talented cook and obviously enjoys cooking. In the past, we have not always been as lucky with our chalet cooks, but this time we hit the jackpot!
