Wow! Le Manoir truly lived up to its expectation. From the minute our group of 15 arrived we were welcomed by the Manior team. An absolutely beautiful spacious building with a living area for everyone and a second to hide away in. The bedrooms were so comfortable, even for our 25 year old children sleeping in the bunk beds. The food was lovely with a varied menu each night. The lift was a walk away which felt like nothing after our perfectly boiled eggs and warm chocolate crassoins. As you can tell, we couldn't fault our week, mostly due to our amazingly fun and attentive team of Ollie, Ed, Kate and Jordon. Thanks for a memorable fab week. They joined in with our mad antics and were phenominal, another wonderful VIP holiday from both ski and non skier group.
This has been a great holiday, the staff have been exceptional, alwYs willing to help .the food has been superb, the service fantastic and been beyond what I expected.i I particular we would like to say thank you to JoJo, Becky, Bexs,Toby,Sam ,Reissand Jess.
Not quite a VIP stay, although the staff were friendly and polite, the service experienced was not what I would have liked or expected...constantly asking for various things as the staff forgot our requests! Maybe a small issue but this is what makes the VIP service This can be fixed by improving the training given to staff to provide a better and consistent service. There has been a noticeable drop in service from our previous year at this Chalet that made it frustrating for our whole group of 20 people. I would only recommend this chalet if improvements are made.

We had a wonderful couple of weeks in Penthouse no.2. Great snow, great resort, and great host, Chris, and nanny, Steph. Steph took fabulous care of our two young boys, who didn't miss us one bit, and ensured they were kept entertained with plenty of fun activities. Chris is sending us all home a few kilos heavier after lots of delicious meals and was a great source of knowledge on the resort and great company, both for us and the boys. Another fantastic holiday with VIP and I'm sure we'll be back again next year.
