Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

The Manoir is a fantastic building for large groups who don’t want to be on top of each other. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with plenty of rooms to chill out or socialise after a day on the slopes. WiFi is consistent and strong throughout the building and you can access and stream content to the TVs too. We enjoyed hanging around in the Manoir so much that we didn’t even go to the town much at all. There’s only a couple of negatives. The walk to the lifts is a bit long so if you can store your stuff in town or take light walking shoes to put in your bag. Lastly the food was excellently cooked but the portion sizes for large groups simply were too small. The dessert choices were not great either and often tiny. The staff went above and beyond and were very friendly. This place is highly recommended and I would go with this company again due to high levels of customer service.
First ever trip with VIP Ski & won't be the last if this is what their usual level of service is!. Absolutely no complaints about the hotel or staff. Some of the furniture maybe a little dated but the rooms are clean & tidy with comfortable beds, excellent shower & plenty of space (Rm No.602). Excellent food in the restaurant all week & possibly the best I've ever had on a ski trip. Murray & his team are a credit to the company & every member of staff I had contact with was friendly & helpful no matter how busy the hotel was. Less impressed with St Anton itself though. Only one run open back to town which changes from a flat blue to a mogulled black which isn't pleasant at the end of the day. Pistes are mainly black or red & mogulled (ignore if marked red or black as they seem exactly the same!) & very short if you're used to skiing in France (although all runs seem to be short in Austria due to the lack of vertical). Basecamp bar is good for apres drinks, but avoid at lunchtime as the food service is incredibly slow. Taps, K.K & Moosewirt are also good apres stop offs too.
Superb trip! The level of service from the moment we arrived was exceptional. Steve and Emily in particular were fantastic hosts. I would definitely recommend VIP Chalets!
Steve and Emily were the perfect hosts! The food and wine was fantastic, we couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends. Thank you for looking after us so perfectly.
