Fantastic holiday! Easy pick up from the airport. Wonderful welcome to our chalet. Food was phenomenal including the yummy treats when arriving back from a hard day on the slopes. Chalet was warm and we made full use of all the extras- the hot tub, sauna, steam room and cinema room were a great ways to relax. We cannot thank Charlotte and Dani enough for doing everything they could for us and being so friendly, helpful and their attention to detail was really appreciated- they made our holiday a true VIP experience. We've stayed with VIP many times in various resorts. Have always had outstanding experiences, when in one of their smaller chalets and this has been no different. The chalet hosts, Ross and Isla, were a wonderful combination of professionalism and ease - just perfect! Obviously, being a brand new chalet, there are the inevitable teething problems (no place to hang towels in bathrooms(!); badly planned (not nearly enough) storage, etc , but I'm sure VIP will put them all right. And as per prior reviews, to not have a working fireplace in a chalet is a big disappointment, but to not have it sorted three weeks later is even more so. And on a lesser note, this is the first time we've encountered an "honesty bar" in a VIP chalet.
Thank you for your feedback. New glass for the fireplace has been ordered and is on it's way to Avoriaz. We hope to have this problem resolved as quickly as possible and thank you for your understanding.
