The chefs produced fantastic food which was above the usual chalet standard. The chalet staff were very friendly and helpful. However the cleaning was way below standard. When we arrived there was a dirty sock on my bedside table, plastic wrappers on the wardrobe and a bottle top down the side of the toilet, by the toilet brush which I didn’t touch. At the end of the week the bottle top was still in exactly the same place. One day I left a wet towel that missed the change over in the bath and told the girls I’d left it there. It was still there that evening and on the sink was a dirty cleaning rag. I took them both downstairs and put them by the stairs the staff use to the basement. It was still there 3 days later when we left. Other guests also had similar complaints.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback Camilla. I am sorry to hear of your justifiable disappointment with the standards of chalet cleanliness. I apologise for having let you down during this stay and that your holiday was not up to the usual VIP SKI standards. As a loyal Client I hope you understand this experience is not typical of our Company and that we do take great pride in our holidays.
