Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

I onlly flew out for 3 days to meet with friends - but it was without a doubt the Best chalet experience I have had. I cannot fault the staff or the accommodation - in fact the great food and the friendly hospitality team made the stay really special. We've all agreed that we will be coming back.
We had a super week in chalet Berger. David and Harry were great chalet hosts- extremely accommodating to all our needs as well as amazing cooks! The chalet was so nice and perfect for a large group who are coming and going all the time. We've has such a brill week and are already making plans for booking next year!
This the second time we have booked a VIP ski Chalet and the experience is even better than the first time. Lovely team, the food has been sublime thanks to Ed! Loved every minute, thank you for a lovely time!
Just returned from a great week in Chalet Berger and would highly recommend . The chalet itself is great - perfect location in the centre of town, we'll maintained and five equally sized ensuite rooms so perfect for a group of friends. Our chalet hosts David and Harry were so friendly and relaxed and quality of food was excellent. Also unlimited wine included which we certainly made the most of! They helped with booking restaurants and generally guiding us around Morzine. Slopes and conditions were great, overall a brilliant week and would certainly use VIP Ski again.
Great hosts and a nice chalet. Only downside was the comfort of the beds and pillows which did not feel very good, in fact we both lost quite a bit of sleep. Matresses were hard and you could really feel the springs and the pillows were exceptionally hard. We stayed in room 9. A good nights sleep is vital on a skiing holiday and this problem would make us think twice about booking again, especially as we thought this was the top chalet in Val
Our rooms were very small and very hot. We turned off all the radiators but the under floor heating threw out so much heat that we had to sleep with the windows open and were still hot. The living area was very cramped for the number of guests. Staff were nice but upon departure none of them said goodbye and upon arrival at the airport in the coach there was no announcement as to where to go or any thanks for travelling with us type comments. The food was excellent and the wine selection was good. Overall I do not think the holiday was good value for money.
VIP SKI - We have struggled this season with managing the underfloor heating in the Bellevarde bedrooms as there has been unusual temperature variations between extremely cold nights on the northern face, streaming sunshine through the south facing windows during the day and unusually high daytime temperatures. We recognise that this has made the bedrooms uncomfortable at night and that opening balcony doors has been the only way of regulating the temperature. This is clearly unsatisfactory, not least from an ecological perspective. We believe that we have now found a workaround for this in the short term and our guests now seem comfortable with the temperature. We will have the sensors examined properly in the Summer and the system adjusted as appropriate. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
