Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Jamie, Finn, Ben and Fay were all great. Jamie does a mean vodka and tonic, served in the hot tub..
Had a fantastic time in Val. The chalet was wonderful, we were a group off 22, but it felt much more intimate - the facilities, the location and the service from the team was fantastic - Jamie, Russ and Harriet especially. Will definitely return. Thanks for everything
Top dog for christmas. That's the only way to describe the experience. The holiday has been excellent and the only thing better than the skiing has been the unbelievable crew of people working in the chalet. They have attended to our every need, been a brilliant help and fun to boot. And the food was spectacular! Big thank you to all of them
Pleasantly woken up like clock work this morning with a beside drink of your favourite morning refreshment. Breakfast was greeted with a bright and fresh happy smile from Imy, a full English with a special extra on the plate which was mentioned in passing the night before. On return from the slopes was a lovely note personally hand written by imy to welcome you home with home made cakes and drinks. After a relax and freshen up in a lovely cleaned room, beds made, bathrooms cleaned and towels on the radiator so fluffy and fresh after a well needed shower. When advise on the evenings menu in the morning in order to cater for any particular taste, I must admit I was apprehensive of the 'parsnip and apple soup' however I could not have been more wrong and wished there was more than just as a starter. The main was a beautiful pork with stir fry noodle and veg. It was a perfect light dinner after over indulging on the first couple of days and night of the local cuisine of pastries, bread, cheese and more. The wine complimented the food, as it has every night. Imy kept a great atmosphere with all from wake up to turn down down to make sure every night was one to laugh and smile.
