Where do I start! This place is simply amazing and the entire experience from start to finish has been beyond first class. We booked through Summit Retreats and VIPSKI and they couldn't do enough for us from booking through to our return trip. I need to stop here and tell you about Will, our Chalet host. Will is simply the best and will stop at nothing to make your stay the time of your life. The bedrooms are cosy, comfortable and beautiful. The living area is the perfect place to relax. The Wellness suite is A great new addition. All I can say is, we have had an amazing Christmas Holiday and will be back again as soon as weeeeel can. Thank you. Thank you.

We've had a great week: the chalet was excellent and in a great location. Getting to the lifts was easy, the chalet really is 2 minutes away from the bus stop and we never waited more than 5 mins for a bus. We were looked after extremely well by Emmy, Becky and Leo. Emmy was very welcoming and friendly, Becky had great knowledge of the ski area and showed us all the good places to have lunch, and Leo ensured everything ran smoothly. The team work really well together and were a key reason for why we enjoyed our stay so much. All three put in a lot of effort to make Christmas week special. They were also extremely helpful when one of our party was injured. Our experience with VIP Chalets has been excellent from start to finish.

Great chalet, lovely hot tub, but most importantly, really looked after. Fabulous food each night cooked by Charlotte. Wonderful child care for 9-month-old by Robyn, and for two 6-year-olds by Polly. VIP nannies made all the difference. Obvious for the baby, but so worth it for the girls - made our holiday so much easier, and they had great fun.

We booked the Belvarde Chablis as a group of 12 and had the most amazing stay with everything we wanted provided by our hosts (Andy & Sophie). Our group was two separate families including a toddler, our hosts were very accommodating and even arranged a nanny for us for a day. The food was fantastic everyday and the chalet was always clean, tidy and homely. We couldn't recommend Chablis / Andy & Sophie enough. Awesome! Our only comment for the management would be to improve the wifi offered in the chalet. It was often slow and it wasn't always possible to receive a connection on the top floor and in some of the first floor rooms Other than that we can't wait for our return. From the moment we arrived at Geneva airport it was just a breeze. We were whisked away to our Chalet by private transfer. On arrival we were greeted by our Chalet hosts Roryy and Anna. From start to finish they have been outstanding, food was fabulous and always on schedule and any need accommodated from personal selection of wine and personal shopping for specific spirits etc. This was an awesome experience for the whole family and one of our most memorable experiences, even without snow.

We had another great holiday. Caitlin was terrific, a great host, informative, fun, helpful, happy to prepare any food or drink at any time, and I think this has been the best cooking we have enjoyed in all our stays, every meal was perfectly prepared, even the notoriously difficult Christmas meal was outstanding. The chalet was always welcoming on our return from the slopes, tidy with the Christmas tree also beautifully decorated, it made for a home-from home seasonal setting and an extremely restful stay. Many thanks to Caitlin for making it such a great week for us.

We've had a fabulous week at la petite ferme, and Joe and Jamie couldn't have looked after us any better - the food was fabulous, the wine was flowing, it was perfect! This is a beautiful chalet and suited our party of three couples and 2 children perfectly. Overall, a first class week, in a fabulous chalet! We would love to come back.

We had the most amazing time in Meribel for Chrustmas week. Ten of us descended on Chalet Marie Fleur (including a 2 and 3 year old) and our hosts Kath and Richard could not have been nicer or more helpful. They really do VIP proud. The food was absolutely incredible and we looked forward to every meal and afternoon tea. They cooked incredible kiddie meals too and accommodated every single thing we asked for. The chalet is incredible and feels very luxurious. All of the VIP drivers and rep's were lovely and helpful too. It has been a total treat to be so well looked after for the week!
