Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Very comfortable and cosy. Food fabulous. Scarlett was a great host, making sure we were catered for in every way. Her food was delicious, fresh, and delivered at a time to suit us every night. She was present, but discreet. George was great flexy host. Such a great cook.

Thank you to the entire team at VIP and especially Genevieve our host who was absolutely amazing! We came with a few challenges regarding food allergies but we were accommodated excellently. They put any fears at rest and were really supportive and took great care to get everything safe and delicious. We’ve had an incredible experience and I really take my hat off to the whole team for their dedication and hard work! Thank you for an incredible experience x

An amazing stay with our brilliant hosts Ottilie & Gil. Always smiling when serving delicious meals with great attention to detail. We really appreciate the work you both have put into these meals which we know require skill & expertise . Its hard to choose a favourite but the chicken had an amazing sauce so was definitely a winner for me. A lovely wooden chalet with nice views & spotlessly clean. Have to say all the staff were great including the extra hosts Emma , & Matt , the concierge team , fantastic drivers & special shout out to Jake & Gabi too . I would highly recommend a VIP holiday & split chalet can work really well as much more fun than a hotel

Had a great time all round, shame the driver services is now limited in terms of locations and time, also we had a double duvet cover with a single duvet inside which was irritating.

We had an absolutely lovely holiday with VIP and our hosts Ottilie and Gil. Ottilie was a superb hostess, treating us with her delicious baking and cooking and Gil was an absolute star with his dinner hosting and breakfast skills. They both made us feel at home, looked after and excited for our stay. Our favourite dishes were the chicken with garlic sauce and steak night - it was great to get treated with great dinners each day. They both went above and beyond, helping us with wine tasting, cheese boards and anything else we needed. It was such a pleasure to stay with them that we didn’t want to leave ! BV 2 is in great hands with these two and they work great together to keep everything up to scratch. Thank you also to our star flexi hosts Emma and Matt who made the stay even better with even more treats. We also felt looked after by the concierge service so big thanks to Lolly for the work there. Our stay with VIP was great and we can’t wait to come back! It was great to have such attentive staff and service that you can just relax and enjoy the skiing, what a great way to spend a ski holiday, we couldn’t recommend it more.

  • Fantastic ski trip with VIP

We had a fantastic ski holiday in Graciosa, Matterhorn suite. The decor is lovelyi in the chalet with a private hot tub that we used most evenings after coming off the slopes.. The view including Mt Blanc was beautiful. The set up in the boot room is fantastic with the ski hire right there plus our own private locker for skis and boots, then just a few steps onto the slope. Thanks so.much to our superstar hosts Beth for looking after us all, and her fabulous food and hospitality, and Ed for his fantastic cooking. Combined with the great weather and snow conditions, it was a really fab ski holiday

We have just returned from a great week in Graciosa chalets in La Plagne. The facilities in the chalet and the Graciosa building were all first class. All of the staff were extremely helpful, from the Concierge team, the local drivers, bar staff and of course our lovely chalet hosts, Mima, who was always smiley, cheerful and helpful and Jai who was very knowledgeable about his food and wine. A great trip, great chalet complex and great staff.

Seeing VIP Ski make a return to La Plagne , we just had to book and we were not disappointed! Fantastic ski in/ ski out location with multiple blue run options the easiest for beginners being, Becoin lift follow Pavane keep to the right hand side to join Reservoir and then back on Pavane all the way to the chalet. Alternatively the concierge will pick you up from town. The chalet was spacious, fresh, modern, clean and welcoming. We took full advantage of the hot tub, sauna and pool table, as well as the afternoon tea & canapés each evening. All the hosts were attentive, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Nothing was ever too much trouble and service was always with a smile! Huge thank you to Calypso, Ellie, Katie and Liv again for all your hard work. Seeing Ash the chef was a very welcome surprise from having him in Val d'Isere a few seasons ago. His food is second to none, he's a huge credit and asset to VIP Ski. Thank you all for another unforgettable trip as always; we will be returning.

Skiing with children can be stressful but not if you are with VIP Ski - they made everything easy! Georgie, Becca and Paddy, our chalets hosts, catered wonderfully for all of us (including to the whims of picky 6 year olds) Keir, Josh and Tiff went above and beyond in the hotel bar and nothing was too much trouble for the concierge. Everything from the ski fitting to the coach home was seamless. Many thanks for a fab holiday!

  • Fantastic snow and sunshine - in great company

I have been skiing with VIP ski for at least 4 times and I value its aspiration of taking all the worry away and making the experience super smooth. I love the selection of chalets and ski in ski out is super important to us and is always great. However this year there were a few things that really undermined the perfect time I am used to with VIPski. 1. I was asked by Hannah where I’d like dinner booked for the staff day off - I responded with my preferred choice but for whatever reason the table wasn’t booked, I had to go back to Hannah to ask the day before and at that point she couldn’t get a table in that restaurant for 7.30pm. I suggested earlier time, and that was available at this restaurant. However, we didn’t realise that the village show - biggest show of that month was happening at 6pm! No one told us about it and we only saw crowds of people heading for the show as we sat in an empty restaurant. This was very disappointing - first not to be informed about the show, second not have the restaurant booked in advance and third to not offer to book somewhere else so we don’t eat at 5.30pm and miss the show. I started receiving info about events in town on the following day, Thursday. Maybe I wasn’t added to the info group in time? 2. The culinary skills of our host were really challenged when it came to dinners and cakes. We had almost no veg, no cheeseboard even once, (our chalet guests actually resorted to helping ourselves one evening and made cheeseboard with cheeses from the fridge), dry mash, a few carrots burnt to a crisp, etc. I appreciated croissants and pain au chocolates for breakfast this year were much nicer than we had last year in Chalet 2140, so that was nice. And Georgie made really good omelettes in the morning so breakfast was always very good. Other guests in the chalet were extremely nice so that made our experience much better too.
