Positives Good food and great cakes. Pool and jacuzzi. Staff are friendly. Nice lounge area. Negatives. Rooms and bathrooms small. Some breakfasts were cold and dinners are not served quick enough to all the table so you have to start otherwise yours gets cold. Pool is cold. Wifi doesn't work on the first floor. No one can remember their dinner choices.

The staff have been attentive and helpful at all times with a relaxed yet professional attitude. The location is excellent, could not fault it. The chalet, it is not VIP and certainly not club. Snow lines yes, but VIP no. Why? - This is not a 18 person capable chalet, the dining, lounge and ski storage and boot room are suitable for no more than 14 - room 6 is not suitable for 2 people, there was insufficient storage room for 2 people, only one could move round the room at a time, and a low beam meant getting out of bed required remembering not to smack your head - how can you promote pampered off piste when having them in means putting the bed on its end and relocating the limited storage we have and moving items out of the room? Please understand room size doesn't matter as little time is spent in it but it has to be suitable for 2 people to store items in and sleep in! Having stayed with both Snowlines and VIP I have to say this was my least favourite chalet as I did feel maximum revenue was being derived when it would be a charming place with less people.
