Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

From the very start with a dedicated check-in at the airport, transfer arrangements and then welcome at the chalet - it was perfect. The Chalet was extremely clean, homely and the champagne and canapés on arrival very welcoming, but the chalet staff made the real difference! The organisation was excellent, ski passes were delivered to our chalet the night we arrived ready for the first morning. Ski school arrangements made, they even visited us on our first night to talk through what we wanted to achieve, then pre-arranged for lifts each morning to make sure we made our ski school nice and early. Food in the chalet was fantastic we had a great breakfast every morning and a lovely dinner in the evening, cakes in the afternoon were also very wellcome - thanks. Finally a massive thank you to George our chef for the amazing food, Dexter for his Swan apples. Tom, Lucy and Becky for taking care of us so well - thank you all so much for a fantastic holiday, the best ski holiday we have ever had! Kristian & Cilla Dales.
The apartment location is spot on, ski-in,ski-out and a few minutes walk (albeit a bit uphill) to the nearest lift. Very accessible to the ski rental shop and the ski school starting point. There is a cafe and a restaurant directly under the apartment so if a member of the group does not ski or is not well it is very easy to meet for coffee, lunch etc. The laterally arranged apartment itself has tremendous views out onto the slopes from all the rooms so great for watching the activity on the snow outside. The open living and kitchen area is wonderfully sociable for a family group and makes it ideal for interacting with each other and the chalet hosts. Bedrooms and bathrooms are not luxurious but they are perfectly functioning. Plenty of hanging space and a very sensibly positioned bench at the door for getting in and out of outdoor shoes! Our hosts for the week were Milo and Hannah, a terrific double act! They were extremely helpful, obliging, engaging and very amusing, all six of us enjoyed them enormously. Food was varied, well cooked and nicely presented every evening. We had a vegetarian and some fussy eaters with us and they did a great job of satisfying everyones' requirements. Breakfast was served very efficiently in the morning to get us all out on the slopes by 9am! Wine was perfectly drinkable with a good selection and the addition of a bottle of champagne on a couple of evenings was greatly appreciated. Coming back on the hosts' day off to find the dining table cleaned off by Ben (Resort Manager) was a wonderful and unexpected surprise. If there was one criticism it has to be our arrival at Grenoble Airport. There were no trollies in the baggage area and to get your stuff to the bus, without a trolley when you have a bag, a ski bag and a boot bag is not easy. The meet and greet on the day we arrived seemed somewhat chaotic all round. Much better on our departure when we were greeted from the bus by VIP Ski staff bearing trolleys. We would highly recommend this holiday for a family group.
