Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

This was our 3rd time in St Anton and 1st time with VIP Ski. we knew the resort was great but we can now say that the hotel is great too. The staff were fantastic, nothing was any trouble at all. The food was amazing we ate like royalty, and we did actually speak with the chefs on the last night to tell them that the food was amazing :) We loved the whole VIP experience, having our luggage delivered to our room from the airport was great, also the early morning tea service, the fantastic choice of food and wine, excellent service from the girls (Jemima Charlotte Harriet and JoJo) at meal times and of course the "on demand" bus service from the boys (Roddy, Jack and Toby), and not forgetting Annika (who was great and even managed to sort us with a window seat which was much appreciated) Rachel and Adam. The only criticism that we have is that it would be nice to have coffee/tea facility either in your room or available in the lounge area so we could help ourselves and that the seating in the lounge area was more comfortable especially the bench seats near the dining area. Thanks for a great week and we would definitely recommend VIP to our family and friends and we will be back :)
Having holidayed with VIP before, we were very excited to be trying Hotel Montjola in St.Anton for this year's ski ing luxury. Now home, we'd say that the staff, service, transport and catering were exceptional. The slopes, village and mountain food/drink were great. A real disappointment was the hotel building itself and a poor experience on day one with guiding options. A particular 'fabulous' mention to the management team as helping us arrange a big space for meals for us all, booking sleigh rides and massages and attending to our requests was always good natured and helpful. We especially appreciated Adam's phone calls ahead of the holiday helping answer queries, describe the best ski hire options and so on. All the staff were great, but particular mention needs to go to JoJo whose attention to housekeeping issues, tackling them and checking back that we were completely satisfied was brilliant (thank you). Similarly, the serving staff and chef/catering team were great.. Two of the drivers were brilliant; chirpy, professional, good natured- thank you to them too. Food was unlimited, but we'd have liked a typical Austrian Hotel salad option for those meals where we didn't need so much. Loved the fresh fruit, tea and coffee and willingness to get food and drink in if it wasn't already 'in the larder'. It would have been great if a local beer was available for the free drinks option with dinner. Thanks for the paper bag 'packed breakfast' option on our return day. Hot tub was great plus the gowns coming in sizes up to XL! The Stube was lovely. So...overall, the hotel environment was tired, nothing VIP about the destination at all (I could see that you'd tried adding furnishings, paint and accessories). I want to feel I'm in a VIP setting and this felt like a 1970s/80s destination in a more budget type of location. Our room was pretty cold at the start of the week (thanks for the fan heater and attention by maintenance). The last time I was in a too-cool ski hotel room was in the 1980s...a big disappointment. Had we not been in a big group of friends, I think we'd have been really upset about this element of the stay for the entire week and really wished we'd spent less money in a nice hotel elsewhere or chosen a nicer VIP location. The ski guiding was a bit of a disappointment as we made up a large proportion of the guests in the hotel. Reds are more demanding in St.Anton and so a large group wanting to get their ski legs on Day 1 on reds and blues didn't seem unreasonable (we're not talking people needing lessons but people who'd skied for many years). Sadly, this seemed a bit too much to work out and so we had to take ourselves off- a pity as we'd have liked to find our way around without undue pressure to go hard and fast. We don't think that the two guides really established a good rapport with us at all after that - in marked contrast with everyone else. So, other than these disappointing elements, we had a great time and just loved all the positive VIP features. A big thank you to the team!
Very lucky with the weather - snow then sunshine. Apart from that super hotel, staff and servive from VIP
We stayed at Le Ferme Chalet at Alpe D'Huez from Jan 8 through 15th of this year. It was the most wonderful experience of winter holidays for us! Our hosts Stephan and Zoe treated us like royalty (please forward our regards to them!), Nick addressed all our requests (including installation of a child barrier for the stairs and bringing in a larger cot from Val D'Isere!). The chalet felt like a cosy home with a fire place and a spacious living room with good wine and tasty treats! Dinners exceeded all our expectations, especially the desserts! Our kids were well taken care of by your nanny Cassie who made sure that adults could enjoy skiing and resting in peace and quiet. Thank you again for your hospitality and good organisation! Looking forward to our next holidays with Vip Ski!
