Meet your Alpine Account Managers

Real people with first-hand knowledge.

Planning a ski holiday should be almost as enjoyable as the holiday itself. And with the right people looking after the details, it can be. Our Alpine Account Managers are here to make that happen.

Whether you're choosing your first catered chalet, organising a family ski holiday or bringing a group of friends back to the mountains, you'll have someone who knows our chalets, understands our resorts and genuinely cares about getting your holiday just right. They're not here to take your booking and leave you to it - they’re here to help you make the most of your whole trip.

Meet the people who make it happen

Five friendly faces, a wealth of mountain experience and a shared love of helping people enjoy the Alps.

Jess Allen

Jess has been part of VIP SKI since 2010, starting out as a chalet host before moving into the UK team. She's wonderfully organised, knows our holidays from the inside and has a knack for keeping track of the details that make everything run smoothly.

“My favourite part of my job is knowing we’ve thought of every detail before our guests even leave home. There’s nothing more satisfying than handing everything over to our resort team, knowing our guests are all set for a fantastic holiday.”

Millie Lovering

From hosting VIP SKI chalets to spending time in the Canadian mountains, Millie has built up plenty of first-hand experience of mountain life. She knows what a great chalet holiday feels like and loves sharing that experience with guests planning their next escape.

“VIP SKI has given me more than just a love of the mountains - it's also where I met my now fiancé, back when he was a Resort Manager in Courchevel. So I suppose you could say skiing really has changed my life.”

Cam Ballard

With several ski seasons in Val d'Isère under his belt, Cam brings genuine mountain experience to every conversation. He still spends time in the Alps each winter, keeping his resort knowledge fresh and his enthusiasm for skiing very much alive.

“Skis or snowboard? I love both and could never choose between them. I’ve even still got my old race skis, which I can’t quite bring myself to part with. Some things are just too good to let go.”

Louise Comber

Our longest-serving Alpine Account Manager, Louise knows our resorts inside out. She's particularly good at helping families navigate the practicalities of skiing with children, combining years of VIP SKI experience with first-hand understanding of family holidays.

“I could talk about skiing all day, and quite often do! I love getting to know our guests, swapping stories and sharing a laugh along the way. For me, it's the people who make this job so special.”

Maxine Eddleston

Maxine knows VIP SKI hospitality from both sides of the chalet door. Having started as a chalet host in Courchevel, she understands what makes a stay special, from thoughtful service to the little touches that guests remember long after they've returned home.

“When I’m not talking skiing, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen. I absolutely love cooking and baking, and there’s nothing quite like sharing good food with good company, preferably after a day in the mountains.”

A little mountain knowledge goes a long way

There's something reassuring about talking to someone who's actually been there. Between them, our Alpine Account Managers have spent over 60 years living, working and skiing in the mountains. Some started their VIP SKI careers as chalet hosts, others have explored the Alps extensively, and all understand the little details that can make a big difference to a ski holiday.

They know which chalets work particularly well for families, where you'll find easy access to ski school, and why the right resort for one group might not be the right choice for another.

It's the sort of knowledge you won't always find in a property description. And it's yours for the asking.

Finding your perfect fit

From choosing the right resort and chalet to understanding the different dining and service options, they'll help you find a holiday that suits your group, your skiing and your budget.

  • Making the arrangements

Ski lessons, lift passes, equipment hire, childcare and airport transfers. They'll guide you through what's available and help you get the important arrangements in place before you travel.

  • Taking care of the details

Dietary requirements, children's dining, special occasions or questions about your chalet. They're here to help make sure the relevant details are passed on and everything is ready for your arrival.

  • Keeping things simple

Questions are bound to crop up between booking and departure. Having a familiar person to turn to means you don't have to work everything out for yourself. And once you arrive, our in-resort teams are ready to take care of you.

Personal advice for your family or group

We know that no two ski holidays are quite the same. One guest might want help organising ski lessons for three generations of the family. Another might be trying to find a chalet that keeps a group of enthusiastic skiers and complete beginners equally happy. And sometimes, it's simply a question about the nearest lift or whether there's somewhere to store a pushchair.

Whatever matters to you, we're happy to talk it through.
Many of our guests return to VIP SKI year after year, often speaking to the same familiar faces. Over time, we get to know how they like to holiday, which chalets they've loved and what might make their next trip even better.

That's the beauty of being a relatively small team. We have the time to listen, and we remember the details.

Good holidays begin with good conversations

You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for before you get in touch. That's what we're here for.

Whether you've got a shortlist of chalets, a dozen questions or simply a few dates in mind, our Alpine Account Managers would love to help.

No complicated booking process, and no pressure. Just friendly, knowledgeable people who want you to have a wonderful time in the mountains.
