Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Travelled to Montjola on my own, favour VIP as they have BA charter flights to all their resorts which is a bonus. On arriving at St Anton resort you stay on the coach whilst the staff ferry everyone up the hill in the Hotel minibus's , which only take a couple of minutes. Hot and cold food reception was laid out for our arrival with the staff tagging our bags and taking outside our rooms, all done whilst enjoying a welcome drink and information on the hotel and area. The hotel is in a great quiet location, either a 10 minute walk down the hill or the minibus drop you in 2 minutes, which they do every morning from 8.0am. The rooms are spacious with a flat screen tv and very comfortable beds and no outside noise from late night partying. At the end of the days skiing you stand by the drop off point and the minibus's ferry everyone back to the hotel between 4-6pm, enough time for a few apres ski beers in town. After a days skiing there is outside hot tub, sauna and steam room on the 5th floor, although only small rooms they are more than adequate to ease the tired muscles. The serious part of the day starts in the evening, l sat each night with two other solo travellers and we all agreed that the food each night was superb, probably the best ski hotel food l have ever experienced. On one evening after service the two chefs came out, the guests stood and applauded them. You are allocated your chosen time to eat and called to your table whilst having pre dinner drinks in the lounge. You choose the menu each night for the following day, you often want more than one of the choices as the menu's are so good. On top of that there is a choice of three white and three red wines all of a very good quality, the staff replenishing at every opportunity. With a cooked breakfast everyday if you wish, freshly baked cakes with tea and coffee at 4pm and a fantastic dinner all delivered by the friendliest staff you'll ever meet it all makes for an excellent holiday, thank you VIP.
Firstly we enjoyed our time at Bellacima very much. The Chalet is beautiful - we had a lovely bedroom with more space than I have ever had on a skiing holiday. The hot tube was great and used every day. The swimming tank was a little more challenging to operate and the sauna door didn't fit so was effectively not operational. The pool table and cinema were quirky additions but largely superfluous to requirement. The ski and boot storage was good with a heated floor in the garage. Our chalet hosts were delightful and tried hard. They were always cheerful and polite. It might have been nice if they had had some time to sit down and chat a little more and give us any news about what was on in the resort or even the weather for the day and a comment on the snow conditions. It did appear that they were under pressure to organise everything in the time they had been allocated and there were times when things were missed or forgotten. Having someone around at tea time would have helped. The food was on the whole good although the portions were small. While this suited me for energetic youngsters it would not have been enough. Breakfast worked well although the morning cups of tea were not often ready at the appointed time. Transport to and back from the slopes was mostly fine although there were some delays the first couple of days which was a little frustrating. The drivers however were all chatty informative and very helpful. The problem with our kettle took a couple of days to resolve which was a bit of a worry as it kept tripping all the kitchen sockets and switching off the fridge and the wifi - and we shouldn't really have needed to find the trip switch. Minor irritations and problems were frustrating but ultimately we had a good weeks skiing and enjoyed the resort and the chalet very much - so thanks
Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Lech staying at the Hotel Theodul. First time we have used VIP ski and will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Lovely spa. Little things like unloading bags from the coach and leaving them outside your room make all the difference!! Well done VIP ski. Great holiday.
Most importantly there was some snow which was very important to us. The chalet was big and furnished very nicely. There was an issue with the kettle blowing a circuit every time it was switched on which was definitely a hazard and took three days to replace. There were features in the chalet which were nice but we did not use as they were not of interest to us i.e. cinema or jacuzzi. I was very excited abut the endless pool but in fact it was a large jacuzzi so I tried it once and you could not really swim in it. I went to the local pool instead. We drink sparingly so the wine provided was a nice to have. We did have to ask, most evenings, for sparkling water instead of wine, it would have been nice to get this on the table automatically. The food was more about presentation than composition or quantity. My very strong advice would be to increase the quantities by offering more vegetables with the main course on a help yourself basis. This is a healthy way to 're fuel' after a hard days skiing. As a vegetarian, half a grilled pepper for a starter and a few mushrooms with a light portion of veggies was not enough after nearly 7 hours of hard skiing. My whole meal had zero protein in it which is poor nutritional management or food planning. I was rather hoping for a robust cheese course but the portions were very tiny and I was nervous of looking greedy as there really was not enough to go around 8 people. On other evenings there was protein such as tofu which was really well cooked and presented and gratefully received. Please look carefully at the veggie menu to ensure there is at least 30gms of protein on the plate per person per meal. The staff were delightful and helpful but we saw very little of them as they remained firmly in the background. The transport was a little hit and miss. We were firmly told to pick a time slot for collection in the morning. We did and were on time. The bus was not on time until Wednesday. The picks ups were fine for us but once guest waited 40 mins to be picked up from the centre of town. For a premium chalet this should be spot on every day.
We take all feedback very seriously and am sorry to read of your disappointment with certain levels of service provided during your stay with us. All feedback is relayed back to the Resort Manager and chalet team in an appropriate and constructive manner. We also have staff trainers on hand to offer additional training and support to the resort team to elevate service levels. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
