  • Great service in great resort

    Paddy and Tim did a great job looking after us the whole week. The food and wines were excellent; the guys were happy to make any arrangements and generally run around after us. The chalet was ideal - just off the Bellcote slope (ski-in/ski-out, 5 mins walk along the piste from the town centre).

    Everybody, from the chalet staff to the chef are absolutely amazing with kids !!Surprisingly top notch food from the chef. A great variety of meals and top quality. Location of chalet was good and the accommodation was superb. Staff could not be more welcoming and personable. A very happy family holiday. Thank you. X

    As you are in the Alps I think that you should have proper milk instead of fake milk. The VIP Ski helpers are very nice and they should keep on doing what they're doing. Overall it's been a very nice stay.

    Awesome holiday, very nice chalet and the chalet hosts were beyond brilliant. Literally could not fault the chalet hots. Were very easy to talk to and had a good laugh with them. They always went above and beyond they're roles and were more than happy to fulfil our requests. 10/10 chalet hosts 10/10 chalet

    As always, the collection at the airport, the transfers, the organisation, the staff, the food etc. were excellent. It’s nice to see VIP working in a hotel environment, and still able to keep it personal (although I must say we both do prefer chalet to hotel, however that’s our own personal preference). I wanted to make particular mention of how lovely it was to see some familiar faces, and to see their progression with VIP over the years. It was lovely to see both Chris and Bernie again, both of whom are doing a splendid job in their new roles! We also met Hannah, who always had a smile for us, and whose service in the restaurant was exceptional, and she deserves a special mention. Finally, Sion also deserves a mention, as he went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. He went the extra mile for us (checking doctor availability, learning our names (appreciate with a full hotel week to week, this cannot be easy), and helping with the pillow situation). On a final note, I would like to say the pillows in the hotel weren’t great, and unfortunately, we weren’t able to get decent non-feather pillows for the duration of our stay. It’s my only negative feedback, and I would suggest you invest in some. Thanks, and all the best for the rest of the season.

    I love the hosts and what they did when I broke my arm. Sophie made me a wonderful hot chocolate, Lottie left me a colouring book and 12 different coloured pens, Matt tried to get Rio 2 and the Lego movie but The Lego movie was already signed out so he left a note for me saying, 'Niamh, I have brought you Rio 2 and some other films I think that you will like, when the Lego movie is given back, I will drop it off like I did for these. Have a great afternoon! Matt x' and he left 4 movies including Rio 2, Paddington, Happy feet and Tangled, Katie helped me when I had a nose bleed and when I needed help opening things, It's sad having to say goodbye to all these wonderful people! I hope this made you want to come here and join in with this chaotic load of fun Who knows who I am? Nore do you or I know who I am. If you do injure yourself, that just means you need to come back next year and not let your injuries bring down what you desire most if it's either Skiing, Snowboarding, or even Crafting like my Mum did on our Vacation, I broke my arm, My dad ripped his liggenment, One guest swole her knee, and another guest swole her arm. I really think that the Indiana is either cursed or just very unlucky this week. This doesn't mean that it is bad nore do I not like it, but as the opening said, ' Loved it so much that I want to come again, I will then prove that it not cursed or bad in any shape or form, I love it no matter if I hurt myself bad or not. I will come again.
