Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Just returned from 3rd annual trip at the Montjola Hotel with the Daily Telegraph Ski & Snowboard magazine who teamed up with VIP Ski. I love this place and the whole experience is hard to beat. The hotel itself is immaculate, the Staff are fantastic, the service they provide is excellent! Meals are lovely and the choice is sure to please. Being my third year and quite a few others third year it's great to catch up with people who have become good friends. This coupled with the skiing and apres skiing experience with Graham Bell makes a holiday that is second to none!
Our trip was really made by a fantastic team in-resort. Nothing was too much trouble for Mo - he was also great fun and a bl*oody good chef (I've done a pro course and was still impressed). He cooked absolutely everything from scratch - his sauces etc were fantastic and he specifically cooked for whatever we wanted (eg meats as in a restaurant). He really made the week, navigating everything from dietry requests to questions about ski boots. The chalet itself was what you would expect from an expensive trip (ie v v nice), but coming back to Mo's delicious food and high spirits made it all the more entertaining. The only point I would make is that I think that VIP should have a closer relationship with guests in advance of the trip. I work in branding and had no direct connection with VIP before the trip (which resulted in a date muddle up on our side). I understand that the VIP 'difference' is around 'personal connection' - ie calling the lead passenger in advance, but this does not help the rest of the group - all of whom are likely to have v busy lives. If this were sorted, I would definitely book again. It's expensive, but we had a brilliant time and, like I say, nothing was too much trouble for anyone we encountered at VIP. Thanks again, Janie x
We both thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Haus Hochkar. It is modern, spacious and clean and the whole VIP set-up in St. Anton is excellent. The chalet host, Steve, was wonderful and everything just worked - lovely food, plentiful wine and every need taken care of. Somehow, VIP had managed to fill up the chalet with some great company, and that all helped to make it a memorable week.
