Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Service was great. Chalet was cold and very drafty.
Great holiday. Really lovely chalet with lots of room for everyone. The hosts Harry and Ben were lovely and really looked after us, and were brilliant with the kids. The kids had ski school every morning and then were met by two lovely nannies, Billie and Charlotte, when they got back. The chef, Jess, cooked up some fantastic food. Having the choice of meals each evening was a real treat. Rooms were cleaned every day to the highest standard! Ski equipment all delivered and picked up, an amazing bonus and the hire shop staff were also wonderful. Gemma was so lovely picking us up and taking us to husky rides, restaurants and picking up pizzas for us. All rounds fantastic week made more perfect by all the wonderful people looking after us, so friendly, helpful and accomodating, nothing was too much xxx
I have skied with VIP since 2000 and have rarely had much cause to complain. This year really was no different. Hosts Tom and Archie were excellent cooks, kept out chalet clean and tidy and entertained us admirably during our stay. I think one of the big differences this year to previous years was the food - the menu was definitely more restrained than previous years in both richness of dishes and quantity. This I felt was much better and shows VIP have listened to customers feedback. My only complaints which are identical to previous years at aspen lodge are the boot room being way too small and the dreadful quality of French coaches. Ultimately both of these are beyond vip's control but if anything could be done to improve either it would be a big positive.
