Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

My family and I had a wonderful week in Courchevel courtesy of VIP. Vikki and her team were great from start to finish - from canapés and champagne to start the week off; to arranging our skis and passes; to booking a great restaurant for our dinner out - everything was well organised and of a high quality. Michael looked after us brilliantly and his cooking was top class. Quite good chat too! No hesitation in recommending VIP.
Of course, a week of wall to wall sunshine on top of ample snow in a resort of St Anton’s calibre is always likely to make any skier see the world through rose-tinted goggles. However, over and above all of those factors, the accommodation and service provided by VIP is really second to none. The logistics of the journey worked like clockwork (Friedrichshafen is a joy to travel through), the rooms in Hotel Montjola are very comfortable and spacious and the catering is excellent. Restaurant quality food accompanied by truly good wines and served with charm and an engaging style, what more can a skier want? Well, brilliant service in terms of lifts to and from the resort centre could be one addition – and VIP have that cracked too with attentive and supportive drivers. It’s clear that the team enjoy working for VIP, that the company looks after them well, and that they are therefore similarly keen to look after their guests. Such teamwork makes it hard, and possibly wrong, to single out individuals, but Jess, Becky, Matt and Oscar, together with our guides Rhys and Evan, all played important parts in our enjoyment of our holiday, even through The Strange Case of the Missing Skis – and they clearly followed the lead set by Murray and, above all, Kat. I only hope those I haven’t named will forgive me. I know it’s possible to pay less for skiing holidays (believe me, I have!) and that it’s also possible to pay more (though that’s beyond my scope), but it won’t be easy to get better value than travelling with VIP, at least not based on our two trips to Montjola.
