Well looked after . Kat kept us informed of all situations . Staff friendly and helpful . Had a few problems during holiday but the staff were able to help as much as possible .
We were disappointed that beer and soft drinks weren’t included in the chalet price. Also on a weds think pastries need to be included otherwise it’s just baguette. Chalet hair dryers didn’t work. These would be my only complaints other than that we had a great time.
My son booked a week in your Colibri Penthouse Chalet in Morzine for the week of 7-14 January for the Riley family to celebrate my 75th birthday. I just wanted to say how much we all enjoyed our time there. The chalet was lovely and the chalet hosts, Jack, Sophia and Tom were amazing - so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and everyone - including my 18-month old grandson - was really well looked after. Everything about the holiday meant that I had the best birthday ever. I was really impressed with the whole VIP package and have already begun to recommend the company to all my friends.
Generally a good experience - the hotel was nice and the staff on the whole were friendly. The food was a bit hit and miss - some nights it was very good and other nights it really wasn't. The lamb main dish was a highlight - the completely uncooked poached pear a lowlight! The hotel manager didn't always come across as the friendliest person in the world - he sometimes seemed as though the amount of seasons he has done had worn off his enthusiasm for customer service a bit! In general the other staff were very friendly and one of them was particularly helpful (Jess I think was her name?) when my wife was quite ill for a day or so.
