Excellent accommodation, service and food apart from a couple of occasions where service was slow or a little disorganised. Food generally was really good well presented and very tasty apart from steak which was tough and chewy. Generally very pleased with all aspects particularly all the staff who were very personable and good fun to talk to.
Bellacima is in an amazing location, the chalet is really well furnished and the staff have been fantastic. Jess and Ross both worked really hard to make sure we have all been comfortable, well fed and extremely well watered! The food has been fab, all homemade, fresh and really tasty. Would highly recommend and will definitely consider booking for next year.
Good transfer, chalet and location. The let down was the food. Quality was not good and most often cold. The chef was not qualified; more of an inexperienced cook. The young team tried hard but were too inexperienced. Someone with experience and gravitas to manage the kitchen. We should have been able to comment on this earlier without having to make a point of complaining. Overall The holiday was enjoyable (location, chalet and resort) but the impression is that the VIP name isn't backed up by the people involved in delivering the service.
