Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Excellent service from Rob our chalet host. Not only attentive to our needs but also remembered our likes and dislikes down to which one of us was left handed and who preferred which wine from day one. Great food all week, well presented and in sufficient quantities. Great personal touches and was engaging and discreet at exactly the right times. The chalet was well located on the slopes, such a shame that we had so much snow we had to walk around the chalet to get to them. A good size for 8 people but might be awkward for two families with bedrooms on different floors, though this was perfect for us. It also had all the facilities one could wish for - hot tub sauna PlayStation and most importantly these days, good wifi. One bad point - more light required in the bedrooms. Subtle lighting was lovely but not ideal for applying makeup. This really is a lovely place to stay and be looked after. Well done Roberto!
We've had a great weeks skiing across the Porte de Soleil area and Avoriaz feels like it's right at the centre of all the good stuff, not hung out on a limb. There were three generations of Maishes and all have enjoyed the variety of different skiing available straight out of the door of the apartment; gentle greens for the youngest and long fast blues and reds for the more active and able. We have had good weather so have not been troubled by the lack of cover on the lifts but it would be good for the resort to start investing in some new lift chair infrastructure as it lags well behind its Italian and Austrian counterparts and Paradiski in France. The apartment has worked very well for our group of 6 adults and a young child and is centrally located in the village, close to everything you need. The brilliant service from our host Toby has meant that we haven't needed very much. We have had restaurant quality dinners which have been cooked to perfection, very well presented and timed. Toby also prepared great breakfasts for us with pretty much everything you could wish for or think of and somehow managed to make some delicious treats for us when we returned from skiing in the afternoon. A great addition to the apartments equipment would be a drinks fridge as there is little space for any in the main kitchen fridge and no cold balcony! Thanks to the team but particularly to Toby who helped make a good holiday great!
The chalet was good, comfortable, efficient and food was excellent. Staff were great and could not have been more helpful. The resort was surprisingly busy for the end of January. Long queues built up as everyone in St Anton seemed to want to head to Zurs and Lech and back again. One day we had 4 queues of more than 20 mins. But no-one seemed to go to Warth and Sonnenkopf. Each of these is well worth a day. Deserted pistes and wonderful restaurants in lovely settings. Our chalet formed into an excellent ski group. One suggestion - the chalet should have an information folder with bus times, bus map, train times ( for Sonnenkopf), recommended restaurants, maps for satellite areas etc. We really struggled to find how to get to Sonnenkopf. One criticism - on 2 occasions we needed to use the minibus to get to the lifts and were dropped quite a long way from the lifts with a long walk on a very icy track carrying skis. Probably the most dangerous part of the holiday!
