We've had a fantastic week partly down to the amazing weather and snow conditions but mainly due to the great way Charlie, Niamh, Callum, Curtis and Josh have all look after us. Charlie, Niamh and Callum you've been great hosts always friendly with a smile, cheerful, helpful and very knowledgable. You've kept the chalet extremely clean and tidy and catered to all our requests. Curtis and Josh the food has been delicious, the creme brûlée were amazing and you've taken great care in catering for Amy's dietary requirements. Thank you. Due to the service you've all provided we will definitely use VIP Ski again and recommend the company to our friends. Many thanks to you all for a great week. We had an amazing week with VIP at the Hotel Theodul in Lech! The hotel is very comfortable. Spacious well appointed rooms. A lovely spa and cosy restaurant. The food is of a high standard and the staff indulge your every whim! Nothing is too much trouble. Well done VIP! We will be back!

An amazing week in Val courtesy of VIP. Once in a life time snow and brilliant customer service from the Club Aspen team - Callum, Niamh, Josh, Curtis and Charlie. Not only were they extremely professional but also welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home, and chefs Curtis and Josh unfailingly produced food of a high standard with excellent presentation. We have thoroughly enjoyed our first skiing holiday as a family with two young kids. From the tranquil speedy check in at gatwick for the chartered flight, to the accommodating drivers who made our holiday glitch free, it has been seamless. Everyone we have met through VIP has gone out of their way to be friendly, polite and helpful... Always going the extra mile to help us get everyone ready in the morning, or carry our skis, or bring soup when our party was stuck with tonsillitis. Our chalet was cleaned and tidied to a high standard and the food was amazing. Our host was always available to help or advise us - or the kids - how to get the most out of our stay and she was a pleasure to have around during the holiday. The managers were also very attentive; checking in every night that we were OK, so we really felt very looked after. We would definitively not hesitate to use VIP again, thank you.

For our first family ski holiday it was brilliant. From our arrival everything ran smoothly with speedy check in and the oxygene company coming to fit our ski equipment. Our chalet host, Meg was outstanding. She was well prepared for our arrival and made us feel very welcome and relaxed from the start. She built a fantastic rapport with the children and quickly got to know them and our family routine and children's boundaries having a 4,7 & 9 year old. It was the first time we have had a host experience and not knowing what to expect we were blown away with how by the end of our holiday Meg felt like one of the family. Meg was extremely flexible with the children's "fussy meal"requirements and went out of her way to pick up extras to please the children. We absolutely loved the afternoon treats and the caramel flapjack and lantern tray bake were a huge hit! Right at the start we went through the weeks menu and Meg was happy to alter to our taste. In the children's words "Meg is the best!" The children would like to request that the full title is used on the DVD list for Harry Potter 6 We were surprised that beer and soft drinks in the chalet attract additional charges especially when the same drinks are available down stairs free of charge and wine is also included in the head line advertised price. The ski bucket drop off was very useful especially with the children - a return collection from the slopes would complement the existing drop off only service.

I want to thank all the team at Hotel Theodul for such a great holiday. The chalet hosts could not do enough for us and were extremely flexible and accommodating, no matter how challenging our demands - thank you!! The food was absolutely delicious, the best I have had by far in a chalet hotel. The service was amazing and meals were always served with a cheery smile. Special thanks to Gar and Adam who were both exceptional and a credit to VIP Ski. The hotel was very comfortable with good room sizes and facilities. Of note, is wonderful spa which was fabulous after a long day skiing. I would highly recommend!!

Fabulous skiing holiday in Morzine, staying at VIP CLUB Alaska. Superb location and a lovely chalet. Lisa, Charlie Tom and Adam worked hard to ensure that we had an excellent stay – a very friendly and talented team. The food was excellent, the cakes amazing. The one downside is that despite being an excellent team, they were let down by resort management when significant problems occurred e.g. three days of cold water/ showers. The hot tub was great, but mats and towels would be good.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent holiday. I am thrilled to hear that the team looked after you well, but extremely sorry to hear you had issues with the hot water whilst you were staying with us and that you feel the Resort Manager let you down in the way that this was dealt with. The plumbing issues have now been resolved but once again, apologies to have let you down on this occasion, I do hope that you might consider travelling with us again sometime in the future.
