We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site.     I can't speak highly enough about the team VIP Ski has at this Chalet Hotel. Murray's leadership and the unbelievable front of house team delt with everything that was thrown at them. Who ever in the sales team and their manager thought it was a good idea to turn the hotel into an 18 - 30 club med style week should have all their commission removed and put on some form of performance correction plan. The Ski VIP brand image you portray on you web site is totally different to what we have experienced this week. If it wasn't for the team here who managed to rescue the situation our feedback,would have been different. I think the brand damage the sales team have done, simply to make their target, is difficult to estimate. We all found ways to cope with the demographics here. This included having dinner early, leaving the public ares as soon as dinner or breakfast was over as it was impossible to hear someone speak across the table due to the noise from the two large groups. We are all up for people having fun but not at the expense of everyone else staying. I estimate out of the 60 or so capacity around 45 were in the two groups mentioned. I think there are two areas you should consider in terms of your approach to making your sales numbers: 1 - the confilct between sales goals and the customer experience delivered 2- the damage to your brand image So if there was a separate rating for the team it was an easy 4/5* If I was allowed to rate the sales team and the level of consideration they gave us I would struggle to give them 1*.     We were blessed with mostly good weather for our week's stay. Staff at Hotel Theodul can't do enough for you, very friendly and personable. Food was excellent, rooms comfortable and clean. Great stay. Thank you.

    Arrived at the lodge to a warm welcome from Jess and Ross. We were made to feel very much at home. Nothing was too much bother and although our hosts were young they were not immature. It was one of our groups birthday and they made sure it was special for them. Nat, the resort manager called us ahead of our visit. We made some requests regarding food and she made sure that our needs were met, she went out of her way for us and was definitely the best resort manager we have encountered with VIP. Great job all round, guys, you were great ambassadors for your company!

    It's been marvellous. VIP have been v good. We particularly enjoyed the guiding. Every day of that would be great- even if the same stuff two days. The only concern was about the guides spending all their wages in guest restaurants - should they not get an allowance so they take guests to good places ( as ours did- but at their own cost) otherwise briliant - thoroughly enjoyable.

    A really good week. Great weather and excellent skiing conditions. Hotel very good, food excellent. Best aspect was the friendly efficient and helpful attitude of the staff. Wouldn't like to single anyone out as they were all fantastic but perhaps a special thanks to Anneka and Murray for their excellent ski guiding. Would definitely recommend VIP to our friends - well done everyone - a great team effort.

    Fantastic week. Great skiing as you'd expect, but VIP went the extra mile to look after us. Lovely food every morning and night, reliable childcare for our 18 month old, great location with everything you could ask for plus lots of lovely little touches. Top job VIP.

    Reunited with extended family for a ski trip to remember! Couldn't have asked for a better week. Beautiful, comfortable chalet, brilliant skiing for all abilities and a never ending supply of wine and beer... What could be better?! I cannot thank the staff enough. Attentive, friendly, accomodating, incredibly knowledgeable. They couldn't do enough for us. The food was superb every evening, we were thoroughly spoilt. (The only slight snag was the intermittent hot water!) Thank you all for your hospitality. A fab week!!!
