We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

    Our holiday experience was excellent. The chalet staff were very helpful and accommodating - especially kind and thoughtful on the birthday of one of our party. The food was consistently high quality and the presentation was excellent . Our only criticism was the coach driver bringing us here. The loos were locked by the driver and he refused to open them (or to stop) in the face of numerous and firm requests from passengers. This was widely regarded as disgraceful.

    Excellent week, would thoroughly recommend. Our chalet host Liv was fantastic from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the master bedroom which was lovely (amazing bath!) as was the whole chalet and always kept nice and clean. The location was great, a little way out from the main town but the drivers were always helpful with pick ups/ drop offs, or was only a ten minute walk into the main town anyway. Everything was well organised with our skis boots and passes brought to the chalet and any other information we needed so we didn't have to worry about anything. Any other minor issues we had during the week were dealt with superbly by VIP and they were really helpful and always followed up any queries we had. Food was awesome over the week, a great variety along with plenty of wine! lovely made to order breakfasts and amazing cakes and treats to come back to after skiing too. Really relaxed atmosphere and a fantastic week - we wish we could stay! Thanks again to our brilliant Chalet host Liv - we can't fault a thing and would absolutely return! :)

    Emma and Charlie are top hosts - the best we have experienced in 25 years. The chalet is spacious and bathrooms are great. Provided toiletries were a lovely touch. Food great and cakes excellent. A cup of tea in bed was a luxury. Bed very spacious and comfy. The resort manager could have had a greater presence. Didn't feel we had much of a service from her. Disappointed with the ski hire arrangement but I will address this in an email to VIP. A hot tub would be a great addition to the chalet. Also some reconfiguration within the chalet would be beneficial eg, bedroom 5 would be better if the room incorporated the bathroom with a toilet in the bathroom. All in all a good holiday.

    Fantastic staff and service levels. Murray runs a tight ship but without exception, every member of staff was engaging, hardworking, interested in each guest, and unfailingly helpful. Toby was a standout staff member. The food was very good for a chalet holiday and the choice of wines perfect. We also loved the tea to the room each morning - always hot and on time! There were some issues over a large group which made the dynamic of the chalet a bit different to what we expected (and arguably damaged the brand somewhat) but the hotel itself is good if a little away from things - the walk to town is tricky in snowy conditions - but the shuttles work well. Tips to get to 5*s: 1 Don't allow groups of more than 8. 2 Improve towel quality - small and thin doesn't cut it! 3 Have the hot tub/sauna open during the day for non skiers (limited hours not mentioned) 4 If you are offering GF, every tea time should have a GF option 5 BA flight is a charter and that's not clear when booking. Overall, a good holiday and I expect we will travel with VIP again GCK

    The holiday was perfect from start to finish. From flights transfers to having your luggage delivered to the chalet. Liv was a perfect host and really made is all feel so welcome and able to help with everything The drivers were always very puntional and friendly and made getting around the resort so easy Would def recommend VIP and will definitely use again

    Great apartment with a wonderful chalet host, Alex - he has added significantly to our holiday enjoyment with his amazing cooking skills, great humour, local knowledge, helpfulness and super selection of music! The recommended ski school (New Generation) has been very helpful and the instructor (Huw) has been fantastic. Many thanks from us all.
