Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating-nothing too much trouble. Family friendly hotel with regular taxi service to and from the town. Although we did not use the nanny service ourselves, Nanny Jo and her team were calm, kind and extremely professional - our children all loved the Cocoa club in the evening. Breakfast time was very busy and the layout of the restaurant compromised the efficiency that was evident at all other times of the day. Food was fantastic both in terms of quality and quantity and the variety available ensured every taste was catered for. Hot tub and spa facilities were a welcome source of relaxation after a day on the slopes - we'd definitely recommend this hotel to any one visiting St Anton.
We have had a great week in Lech. The staff at Hotel Theodul are very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. Rooms were very clean and towels refreshed mid week. There is a nice family atmosphere in the hotel, and staff are happy to accommodate dietary requirements. The only drawbacks were occasionally at breakfast if anyone arrived later than 815ish, they sometimes had a long wait for their hot food, and at times, at the end of service, the smell of tobacco smoke from the kitchen could be smelt. Overall, however, this is a great place to stay, and we would happily come back here again.
From the moment we were greeted from the coach by Gemma, Lindsey, Ella & Ben we were made to feel welcome. The chalet was the perfect size for our party with ample space in the dining and lounge area. The kids got on so well with the VIP hosts that they made the team goodbye presents! Charlotte the nanny was also superb, playing games with the kids after lessons and removing the need to rush back after our lessons. The food was well executed with a fine the selection of wine. To top it all we had great snow! The only wrinkle was the boot room being a bit on the small side when everyone was in the last minute panic zone of trying to get boots on ready for lessons, but when that is the only minor comment, it can only be a good thing. An awesome holiday all round.
The VIP staff were great at Hotel Montjola and really did go that extra mile. The childcare was fantastic. Nanny Jo is loved by my children. The hotel has a good balance between childcare & adult time. The food was consistently very good & plentiful. St Anton is a lively resort with some quite challenging ‘blues’ (they would probably be reds in other resorts). That does mean it is hard to ski as a family with inexperience skier/very young kids. The only thing that would have been nice was a Goodbye/Thank you/Transfers info speach at the end of the week while they served canapés/drinks.
The booking experience was excellent and efficient. The hosts, Will and Ella, were very friendly and welcoming. The chalet is very characterful and cosy and in a great location. Heated boots were very welcome each morning. The food was varied, tasty and plentiful. The skiing was amazing in beautiful sunshine. There were no lift queues and plenty of watering holes on the mountain. Transfers to and from the airport were very good but due to queues we would avoid Grenoble if possible.
VIP nailed it again. Fantastic holiday. Taiga a smashing chalet. All what it is described as. Hot tub'd, sauna'd, cinema' daily- kids and adults alike loved it. Sophie and Charlie personable, charismatic, reliable and fun. Nothing too much trouble. The staff are an asset to VIP. There is some clever recruitment going on here. The host's cooking was great. Wine nice but could always do with a notch above what's on offer. Taxi service and VIP drivers were uniformly brilliant- always on hand, and falling over themselves to help. Add to that the powder dumps and lovely guests we shared with it, it was a joyride we'll be longing to relive!
